We had purchased a 1.5 ton split Airconditioner (Electrolux) last year. Since last 5 days, the machine is not working. We have informed service center of Electrolux many a times, without proper response. They fail to send their technician within the promised time, or do not send at all when required. They do not even bother to inform that the technician would not come or be late. We are very dissapointed with the behavior and service of the company.
