This is Deepak Sharma here from Delhi ..i purchased a VOLTAS Platina AC on 30th April 2010, on 2th of august it started creating some problems , the AC remote stopped working .and next day the whole AC stopped working,after several calls to VOLTAS customer they came on 10th of august and said they have to take some PCB part of the AC with them..since then its been almost 20 days we got no response from them ..whenever we calls to their Cust Care thy just give us a complaint number..nothing has happened. I had talk with their General Manage Mr SEDUPTA and he does not qualify for a Gm post ..he has no sense what he was talking about ..he made d commitment several in betwenn and always delayed it. Today at last he said that it will take one more week and we from our side can do anythng for that.
