2units onida ac 1.5 ton is dead from 6-7 months,No service from service center Dear Sir,
I m using 2 units of onida ac,and it is dead from last 6 months but after making two complains there is no one to respond my complain properly.one of their service eng. visited my premises and said to wait for spare but it is more than one month but no spare,Eng. visited me again and used the local parts in my ac after asking him the cause hi told its standby parts and will b replaced when the original parts comes and again eng comes and again using the sam local parts in another ac after making complain to his office propriter of service centre is saying it is original parts and his executive is saying at my premis i.e local parts.on personal meeting they told me to wait till 5th of april after waiting on 7th of april they told me that company person told them to do use the local parts:@.when I asked The REGIONAL OFFICE number then they provide me the number of Mr Sanjay(9308483515),on calling him on 7th of april 09 he is not over the fone someone else had been attending his fone said me to wait for his call,he calls me back saying that there is complain made by me.Then again I had made complain on 7th april 09 with complain number 582 but no one comes to me till on 10/4/09,again I had called them then I receive a call back from a.c clinic they told me that my complain is already registered since the new service centre is opened and they again just told me that parts is not avilable,now no one is picking the phone in service centre.

Onida service is very very bad...
