I have purchased Onida AC 1.0 Ton from a Dealer in Chennai on 05-05-2008. On Mar 27, 2009, we found difficulty in getting cooling from the said Onida AC. So, we have filed a complaint on the same date but the service person came and inspected on 04-10-2009. They said there was a problem in Gas, which was empty and it has to be refilled. And till now, there were no response from their end. The warranty period is one year. Kindly do the needful in this regard ASAP.
