    Dear Sir

    I had purchsed an AC ---- Samsung AW12ZKA on 27 mar 09
    Vendor --- Vijay Sales, Tip Top Plaza, LBS Marg
    Vendor Contact --- 25838184
    Vendor Fax ---- 25838189

    Product -- Samsung AW12ZKA
    Manufacturer - Samsung
    Date of Purchase - 27 March 09

    Feature Promised by Vijay Sales Salesman- Smart Saving Mode
    Feature Details --- ( As per the Samsung Owner Manual ) On Smart Saving Mode
    The Fan and Compressor cycle on and off togeter
    Problem observer --- In Smart Saving Mode the fan dosn't switch off with the compressor cycle.


    Action Taken --- Contacted Samsung Service Center on 1 st april 2009
    Reply / Action taken from Sansumg service center --- Sent an engg for site visit - Mr Jagadish ( Contact Number 9022653689 )
    Result --- Was not able to solve this problem -- Reason -- Its a new product and the field engg is not give proper training for resolving this issue.

    Further Action ---- Call service center on 30308282.... on 2nd apr 09, 3 rd apr 09, 4 th apr 09.
    No active responce from the service center.

    Conclusion ----- Service center not responding to this case.

    Losses -- Paid 15, 189 = 00 INR ( In cash ) ...Vijay Slaes Sales Order no 10 - TH03 - 09S0 1437 -- for this Samsung AC and is off no use, promised features are not functioning


    Need your esteem help to get the functionality what we paid for...dont want to get duped by the buerocracy ov samsung and the delear - Vijay Sales..

    Dear Sir,



    This is ravikumar from Hyderabad, I have purchased Samsung window A/C on
    2006, and I have warranty of 5years.



    Recently A/C stopped working, so I had complaint about this on 18th April
    2009 in Samsung customer care through phone. (Please see attached mail for
    further reference)



    So my main complaint on Samsung products is, they are not caring and not
    concern about who all are having customers with in the warranty period, they
    are purposely delaying the issue.



    For this issue I have spent my valuable time and money.



    Now I am planning to go through to consumer court.



    Please reply with your suggestions and guidance.

    from below service center, so please don't allot to my service request for
    below service center.

    This is ravikumar from Hyderabad, I have logged a complaint regarding on my
    Window A/C as a not working (i.e. cooling not coming) on 18th April 2009.



    My complaint number is 8410014067.



    So I am waiting for your service engineer visit. Today I called to customer
    care for enquiry regarding my complaint. I had shocked when they said about
    your service engineer feedback i.e. "already visited to customer house and
    A/C have to take to service center".



    Your people not yet come to my house, so how come they give like this feed
    back.



    Some of my friends already told about your very bad service and customer
    support on response of customer complaints.



    Now I am suffering with your actions on my complaint.





    If problem is not resolved properly with your service engineers, I will go
    through with other certified service stations; so that I can find out the
    A/C problem with that I will go through Consumer court.



    Anyway this is for your information and record.
