Hi,
i made a bulk purchase (AC, LCD TV, Fridge & Washing machine) from LG last year in october. Last week my AC started making lot of noise and so i called up the LG customer care and filled a complaint regarding the same (complaint # C1081905059) on 19/8/10. Two people from LG came and told us that there is a manufactoring defect in it and they will have to change some part which they are not carriying at the moment. They also advised us not to switch on the AC as it may damage other parts as well. After that no one came to see my AC instead of many calls to customer care. I has a word with two of the team leaders Sandeep & Dev anand. But still i my problem is nto solved. when ever i call customer care they just put me on hold for a long time. I am pissed off with these people, please help me. I also made one online complaint from LG website ( complaint #230810103752).
