I have purchased one 1.5 TON split a/c from Ashoka International ,Faridabad sector 16. on 14th MAY 2010,Its just been 3 months down the line i have already locked 4 complaints against it, And all 4 time your untrained Engineers come and just go off.

And say now it will give you cooling, but again next day same thing repeats.

Today one of your engineer again came and said they need to take the Split AC outdoor set to his workshop so that he will repair it and give me back aftr 2 or 3 days.

I am asking you do you think i am fool, who will take repaird outdoor unit back ,whr its in warranty.

I am sorry to say this, but i will not be taking Repaired outdoor unit back.I need new outdoor UNIT ASAP.
