Croma extended warranty is not being able to get my airconditioners in working order for the longest time.
2 0f the ac seem to be defective or else why the delay after numerous complaints-latest '394151 pending from 3rd june 2010.We have been harassed for too long & they are'nt replacing the air conditioners either.We are tired
of lame excuses & unprofessionalism.It is very disappointing to see reputed companies not taking prompt
measures to resolve a customers problem.Enough time was given to them & i patiently beared with all the inconvenience.But now action must be taken to mend their ways & resolve my problem without any further
delay.
