My Videocon ac ( which is just a year old) stopped cooling. I contacted their service center, they gave a number MUM0406100098. After that more than five days are passed, VideoCon is dilly dallying promising that someone will attend t. Till date no one is even Responding. Does anyone know, whether this company has a genuine center at all?
Do they Respond? If not what should we do?
