I bought a Votas Air Conditioner-1.5 Ton, MOdel-Vertis Plus on April 5,2009 from Rhythm House,B-1/16 & 18,Sec-18, Behind PNB,NOida,UP-201301. The AC was not working properly and after repeatedly complaints and phone calls to all executives in the company,they finally replaced my AC & its remote on June 20,2009.
Now that remote is not working and I have been complaining for the replacement from May 12,2010 but the company is not ready for replacement.They say the AC is out of warranty and you have to purchase a new remote even though the replacement date of AC is due June 20,2010.
I hope you will look into the matter.Hoping for a positive response.

i have purchased one voltas vertics gemini ac of capacity 1.5 t on 24.07.11 bearing sl. no.4551247a11b002210. the same was giving trouble of noneffective cooling after several complains vide no11jl2704764,11jl2600788,11au1600179,11sp1203673 new ac was recharged with gas and still not effective.during visit of technician on 28.07.11 it was found that swing plate was broken and the same was taken by the technician for replacement but till date neither swing plate was replaced nor any response was given by your delaer/company service center which is really surprising and it will effect the image of voltas company. please take immedieate action to replace the outdoor unit and fit the swing plate.hoping for positive response from your side.

I think its time to file a case against them. Only then these people will learn. And then go for other brands. There are many- Lg, Samsung, Daikin, Haier, Hitachi etc.

I purchased a Voltas AC vertis model in November 2010. While instatallation the company person broke one of the part and then he promised to replace it and left.
Again no one turned up. Later I gave a complaint regarding fault in ac working then the company sent one person who applied emseal to the broken part and left saying he will replace it later. Till today no one turned up. once the ac was serviced with in the warranty period.
Now again the ac is not getting cooled. So I filed a complaint against no.12my0306250 twice but till now one looked back. whom to approach now I got all the details and want to approach the consumer court.
Look into the matter seriously work up asap.
