My LG window AC was giving problem of cooling so i had registered complain (No. C1052913729) on 29/05/10.Complain is on name of Arti Chourasia,D-430 Motibag-I,New Delhi-21.
Your technician detected gas leakage for the same and taken AC to workshop on 31 May 10 for which i was told will be delivered on the same day or max next day morning but is not delivered yet.Also no intimation was given by them.I tried to find status from customer care and is still pending for which they are unable to tell any reason.In spite of almost daily reminder by me to customer care center they are unable to tell when it will be delivered so i warned them to cancel my complaint and return the product.Also i mailed the entire problem to lgservice@lgindia.com
Regarding above problem i have following issues--
1. I get the gas filled last yr in june and gas is leaked this year which clearly indicates that repair was not done properly and leakage was not sealed
2. LG is giving very poor quality product and delayed service which is not acceptable after paying 1950 Rs as repair charge.Repair is delayed as well no one is bothered to give any intimation to customer.
Kindly help, I am harassed and frustrated
