If some company launches defective goods in the markets?

Air-condition consumes more power due to their designing fault in
electronics circuitry. According to me any citizen of this country
should be bothered when it comes to wastage electrical energy. And it
is criminal to do so. Cost of generating energy is rising everyday and
resources are getting depleted with every passing decade.

I would like to draw ur kind attention towards the problem i'm facing regarding the purchase of an air conditioner .I bought the air conditioner on 14/05/2004 , invoice no.795 ,model no. CW24328F,SR. NO. 1411922637 and purchased the product directly through distributor, I would like you to recommend me some way out to this problem asa soon as possible as the temperature here in Delhi is fluctuating around 40 degree celcius [u can think how hot is it here ] & the air conditioner is non operative ! U can think of our situation.
