Dear sir,
I have Purchased SYMPHONY AIR COOLER ON DATED 18/03/2010. which stoped working on 25/04/2010, I gave called to Supplier who gave me No Of Company Service Person, I gave him call on same date, Company Service Person visited on 26/04/2010 and reported that Motor is Damaged. As it is under 1 year warranty Supplier & Company Service Person said you will get free Replacement for MOTOR, Even after Regular Followup till date my complaint has not be resolved. Mr Snehal(Company Sales Head-Gujarat) Gave me Doc ate No 22800657/11-05-2010 of Safe-Express in which your motor has being dispatched, When i did the followup with Safe-express they said it has been Delivered to party (Mr.Ajay-Perfect Electrical-Ganesh Nagar-Gandhidham), So i Called up Mr. Ajay(Company Service Person) he said Motor which i received is for Other Model & for your model it will take more days.
Today 19-05-2010 I have asked Supplier to Replace Complete Air Cooler, He is refusing for the same,
Am staying in The Area where Temp. is above 38°C.
