Respected sir,
I am vijaybasker from chennai. Last month on march i purchased 1 ton window ac from vasanth&co Chennai.. From the beginning some bad smell is coming from the ac. Recently i experienced an electric shock from the AC unit. Totally 3 times service engineer attended and checked,but the same problem is persisting.Finally they are unable to clear the problem.My complaint no is(1.c1042200385 2.C1050214218 3.C1051031495).

So, i request you to take care of my request for the replacement of A.C.
