NO is VAR0104100193 ..as the service centre took the AC on 28/3/10 and changed the compressor & sent it to me .but the AC was not working .Then the service centre again took the AC on 12/4/10 . but from that day he is not giving any answer on calling to his cell phone . I had purchased the window 1 ton AC from Vijay Sales Kalyan. The same is under warranty period. It is not cooloing properly & makes noise. Neither the seller nor the videocon service provider have taken cognisence of my complaints since installation. No service engineer has come. Please send one immediately

my a.c is not giving cooling

since from the instalation time the swing motor of my a/c is not working.....it has a manufacturing defect
i had complained about this matter many times but till now they had not short out .....
so i request u to take some steps to rectify my complain....

It's so disheartening to see a company like Kenstar providing so low quality products.

I bought split AC from Lotus electronics,Raipur vide Bill No.81R901795 on 26/01/2010.

Just three months after fitting, the gas leaked and I had to pay Rs.1900 for refilling.

Then the PCB had some problems and it was replaced costing me more than Rs.3000 again.

Even the compressor failed and had to be replaced.
The cooling always remained pathetic.And every now and then the AC had to be sent back for repairs,total charges exceeding Rs.10000

And today again, the AC is down and engineer asks for Rs.4000 for repairing.

I've 12 other ACs fitted and none of them have ever troubled me.
I bought Kenstar first time trusting the brand name.And I'm highly disappointed.Instead I should have bought another company's AC by paying a bit more and getting relieved from this headache.

If possible, please look into the matter and take some favourable action.

I PURCHASED WINDOW AC MODEL NO. MO-RAV418ERD FROM PATHAK ENTERPRISES , KACHCHA KATRA,SHAHJAHANPUR (U.P) ON 10.05.2011. FROM STARTING IT WAS GIVING A PROBLEM REGARDING THIS I MADE FEW COMPLAINTS AGAINST IT LAST YEAR AS DETAILS GIVEN BELOW.ON 10TH APRIL 2012 I CALLED AT PATHAK ENTERPRISES THAT AC COOLING IS AGAIN EFFECTING & NOT UPTO THE MARK & ON 15TH APRIL 2012 I VISITED AT HIS SHOP & AGAIN LAUNGED COMPLAIN .TILL DATE NO SERVICE ENGINEER HAS NOT ATTENDED IT.

THE PROBLEM IS THIS THAT WHEN I USED ANY MODE IT'S COMPRESSOR IS NOT STARTING & STOPPING AUTOMATICALLY.COOLING IS NOT PROPER.

I CAN'T ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHY I HAVE PURCHASED THIS HITACHI WINDOW AC? WHY I HAD SPENT SO MUCH MONEY IN COMPARISION TO OTHER WINDOW AC? AS FROM FIRST DAY I AM FACING PROBLEMS IN MY AC.

DETAILS OF COMPLAINT MADE LAST YEAR:-

1) LAST COMPLAINT WAS DONE ON THURSDAY ,6 OCTOBER 2011.BEFORE THIS 4 or 5 REMINDER ARE ALSO GIVEN BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE WAS MADE FROM YOUR END FOR MY WINDOW AC.
2) FIRST COMPLAINT WAS DONE ON 15.09.2011
3) SECONDLY I MADE TELEPHONIC COMPLAINT ON 21.09.11

ONCE A SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED & REPLACE ONE PART OF FRONT PANEL & TOLD THAT NOW AC IS WORKING PROPERLY.BUT IN MY VIEW IT IS NOT GIVING PROPERLY COOLING AFTER THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PART ALSO .

IF THIS IS THE ATTITUDE OF INDIA'S NO ONE COMPANY THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM THEN I SELECTED THE WRONG PRODUCT. AFTER TWO OR THREE MONTH, IF THE PRODUCT NOT GIVES SATISFACTORY RESULT THEN WHAT TO DO.?

KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THEM & ORDER TO REPLACE WITH NEW ONE AS MY AC IS IN WARRANTY.
