    Default complaint : CARRIER AC

    It is to inform you that I , Mr.Ranjeet Jaura , is a resident of 2017-A , sec-3 , faridabad had bought an CARRIER AIR CONDITIONER - ESTRELLA MODEL ( 1.2 ton ) from BALAJI TRADING CO. , SIHI GATE BAZAAR , BALLABGARH on 26 /06 / 2009 , but right form the day of purchase has been suffering its diformities and inefficint working problems due to some internal fault . after several complaints to the authorized ealers the whole machine was change and a new AC was issued , but still the satisfaction was not gained and the respective problem continued . hereby . we again complained to the dealer but this time he asked us to complain to the CARRIER CUSTOMER CARE , so as per that we compalined ( COMPLAIN no. BEL1791 or DEL1791 ) at their centre and they told us that the problem will be surely solved by our technicians . afterr 1-2 days they send their illskilled technician who was not able to even handle the situation . He even added to the malfunctioning of the machine . due to unsatisfaction , we again complained to the authorities , COMPLAIN NO. DEL7749 , BUT THIS TIME NO ACTION WAS TAKEN . AND WE SUFFERED WITH THE FAULT MACHINE .

    after that we complained several times .... but their did not respond to our single complaint

    after that once they sent their technician who told ur that this ESTRELLA AC manufacturing has been stopped by the company due to several faults in this respective model . he even said this problem can not be handled and faults will prevail . even if by some handy operations he fixed the problem , but after few days the same problem would reoccur .

    Even after spending a big amount for buying the AIR CONDITIONER our satisfaction was not fulfilled and we felt like somewhat cheated and betrayed .

    Our guarantee period is getting over within couple of months , but still they are not listening to our problem

    Its a request that respective action should be taken against CARRIER AIRCONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION LTD . They should be ordered to replace the AC or give our money back with interest .

    hope our complaint gets full hearing .

    Default Carrier AC Complaint

    My name is Miral Selim, and Egyptian who is married to a German and currently live in Maadi, Cairo. We have purchased 5 Miraco Carrier ACs from your company in 2009 via one of your Agencies (Shams in Maadi).
    When the technical people installed the 5 ACs, they broke the sides of 2 VMC bodies badly which we haven't seen or discovered except after the year of guarantee. The ACs are badly injured and we haven't been notified. When we later brought Miraco Carrier for a regular check up and follow up service( 1 year later), they told us that the 2 ACs are badly broken.

    Apart from that, one AC (VMC 36)- 5 power hasn't been running or functioning regularly the past 2 years. Not to mention that this same AC has taken freon twice although it was newly installed for the past 2 years. The AC is malfunctioning and the technician at your company told us yesterday when he came that it might have a big problem and it needs to be uninstalled and taken together with the compressor to the company. This had assured us that they have sold us a malfunctioning device!!!!

    Moreover, we have been dealing with Miraco Carrier for long period of time and 3 weeks ago we have purchased a new 5 power Carrier AC and installed it in another apartment of ours in Maadi.

    My husband is German as i said in the beginning and he wants to issue a complaint via his embassy which will definietely escalate the problem to a level that would not leave the company in good reputation. I have issued a complaint via telephone but nothing happened yet.

    Please give me feedback the soonest how will this problem be solved. Our AC has a big problem and it has to be exchanged with a new one at the company's own expenses.

    Default Oil & Gas leakage problen in new AC

    This is to inform in the regard of Oil & gas leakage of AC, I bought an AC, model -carrier durokool 2 star rating with 1.5 tons of capacity (widow) on 31/03/12, by a dealer namely - Qiuck enterprises Rampur (U.P), contact no. 8439076411,
    but I didn't get installed by 23 of April 2012. Before installing when we put out the AC from the carton we got to know that there is a oil & gas leakage problem in that particular AC. So installer refuse to install the AC. On the same day, I also booked a complaint to custumer care & complained no is -LUKN-12-04-0000635.
    So please replace my defective AC to the new one at the earliest.
    I am looking forward your positive response.

    Default gas leak problem in durakool plus carrier a.c.

    I bought a 2ton durakool plus splitA.C. 2 years back and now it is not cooling. No service was provided by the dealer in these last 2 years. now when we complained the dealer sent a mechanic for servicing, who came and said that entire gas has leaked. after that there is no response to repair the A.C. such a costly and well known product-how gas can leak out in just 2 years. we have been cleaning filters regularly. some one please listen to my complaint and attend or I will be forced to go to customer care.

    Default Carrier Split AC 1.5 ton Kurve

    Sir, I have purchased one split ac of the aforsaid model from M/S Aditya Vision , Baily Road Patna on 20.04.2012. It was installed on 21.04.2012. The machenic tried to get it started but he failed. He told me that he will visit on 23.04.2011 as 22.04.12 was Sun day. But did not report. On Tuesday 24th I made a complaint to carrier service styation and Aditya vision both. Carrier again send a mechanic and told that some part is defective. I asked to give it in writting. He refused . Again I made a complaint , one Mr Fayaz Ahmad came and gave inwritting only that temperature display is faulty. It is a new machine. Even then he did nothing and asked to come tomorrow to rectify the defect. To day on complaint again I am told that he will get that part for repair.     Lightbulb AC Complain against not getting proper service from AIRCARE ENTERPRISES, 26A Elgin Road, Kolkata-22

    My name is Dr. Prabir Paul. I have purchased 1 1.5 TR DURAKOOL 5 Star Split Air Conditioner on 22/7/2011. We were supposed to have 3 free services and check up but inspite of several phone calls to Mr. Kunal Bhattacharya (9831076428), we have not recieved a single service and/or check up since its installation. Several phone calls were made to Mr Bhattacharya which yielded no result. On 2nd June he did respond to the phone calls.

    Since we have started using the AC this summer we have noticed water leakage from the body of the machine which is causing a great distress to us as it needs the area to be wiped after every use.

    Please see that the problems are looked upon immediately as we are scared of short circuit from the water leakage.

    Default Air Conditioner not working

    We had purchased two Air Conditioner of 5.5 tons for our firm Allahabad Agriculture Institute situated at Naini.

    The Air Conditioner is not working from the past two months,

    this is to inform you that one year back i had purchased an 1.5 ton ac window. till date not serviced once also. this is rediculous

    secondly when i lodge a complaint the people seems to be totally incompetent and callous ( ASLAM KHAN) you need to improvethe quality of people who can attend the complaint rather than looking into their own convenience and ease.

    firstly wrong people came to service - who messed up the house and left the unit unserviced on the pretext that the complaint does not fall intheir area. Aslam khan who could not talk even properly sent a person at the wrong time even after informing him that whoever comes should find out our convenience also. People come at the wrong time and then expect us to attend.

    You need to take some action against such people and also see that complaints like this are attended by the right people and right time.

    you are requested to attend to my complaint immediately without any further delay.

    Default Non-cooling by the 2 ton A/C purchased by me from Fair Deal Electronics on 4.6.2012

    first of all I repent my decision why I purchased the Carrier A/C. My A/C has not been working properly since the day of its installation.On 25.6.2012 as the A/C stopped cooling effectively.I lodged a complaint vide complaint no. 6574 and I was assyred that my complaint would be redressed within 48 hrs. But till the time of writing this complaint no one has bothered to look into my complaint. So if you feel like looking into my complaint please do the needful.

    3 days back i complained to electraworld company about my air conditioner which i bought from them as my carrier window AC is not working. They sent a staff the very first day for repairing but because of the elections here, he said it will be fixed by the next day.They sent a staff today evening after so much of delay who misbehaved with me. I told him that the AC needs to be fixed urgently as there are some guests at my place, he replied in a rude way saying that there are no guests and that I need to adjust in some other room? IS THIS THE WAY HE SHOULD BE TALKING? electraworld OWNER Mr. Rahul is not responding to my calls and SMS. Its not hospitable at all. I will never buy any carrier goods. It has really disappointed me. your service is very poor. The staff seemed like some roadside mechanic and not trained at all.

    I committed a blunder by purchasing a Carrier A/C, despite advice against the fail. This A/C was purchased by me on 4.6.2012. Since the time of purchase it is not working properly and finally has stopped coolong effectively on 25.6.2012, so I lodged a complaint(no.6574).On 28.6.2012 I recieved a call on behalf of the company from telephone no. 244825381. The caller assured me that he would get the defect of my A/C rectified by lunch time on 29.6.2012 , but till now nobody has come to rectify the defect. Now it is your sweet will to look into my complaint or not. Please advice me if I should throe this A/C in the dustbin and purchase some other good brand of A/C who respects and is concerned for the inconvenience of its customers. Thanking you for your very kind cooperation.

    You people at Carrier are amazing.First of all i'm cursing the day when I bought a Carrier 2 ton A/C. Since the date of its purchase that is 4.6.2012 , it is giving trouble. Take this as a notice as I would now be taking legal action against the company for harassing me and selling sub-standard product. I tried to contact the concerned persons on tel. nos. 0124-4825500 today at 3:29 pm but the no. was not in use though I had talked on this no. with someone at about 3:25 pm. I also tried to contact the company on tel. no. 0124-4707333 , but despite repeated calls nobody is answering the phone. This shows the callous attitude of the company. Just let me know whether you people at Carrier want to repair my A/C or not.I will also be bringing the conduct of the Carrier A/C India Office to the concerned persons at its International head office in USA.
