    With kind regard, I beg to give few lines for your kind notice and consideration on priority basis, that I had purchased a L.G.split A.C. bearing No. LG/AC-LSA5NF2VFC1 through your dealer/distributed M/s. Navrang Audio Video Pvt. Ltd, D-10, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092, against their invoice No. 6860 dated 11.07.2009 for a sum of Rs. 25,500/- (in cash), (installation charges etc. would be paid extra).

    2. The above said L.G.Spilt AC installed in my residence i.e. IIE/47-48A, Kamna, Vaishali GZB (UP) on 14.07.2009. After 15 days, AC not given cooling and immediately I contacted your customer care service no.1800-18-9999. After two days your company engineers came to my residence and check the AC and said Sir, there is some fault in cooling coils and he weld the coils and fill again gas in the AC and AC functioning properly. After that and up to 20.11.2009 the problem will remain same. Your engineers came and fill the gas again. From 11th July to 20th November 2009. The engineers fill the gas in the AC four times. Record is also available in your office against my repeated complaint again and again. Ihad not use the AC from 20.11.2009 to 26.03.2010.

    3. On 30th March, 2010, when the Tem. gone up, I start my AC but I surprised there is no cooling. I immediately contacted your customer care service no.1800-18-9999. My Complaint No.31033005504 and No. C1040108794 dated. 03.04.2010. On 4th April, 2010, Mr. Dushyant, Mechanic ( M.No. 9582777248) of your firm had came to my residence and check the AC and said Sir, there is a leakage of gas in cooling coils. He told me that I had removed the entire coils and bring back to their service centre where they replaced the cooling coils and also said the entire process will take two/three days and after that we had installed the same in your residence.

    4. From 4th April to till date no action had been taken by your service centre. During the period I contacted following persons viz; (1) Mr. Mohit, Supervisor, M.No. 9711006777, 9711919754, (2) Mr. Neeraj Bhardwaj M.No.9711124333, (3) Ms. Rashmi M.No. 9711208853, all are supervisors and (4) Mr. Ram Chander, M.No.9873339734, Area Incharge (5) Mr. Dushyant M.No. 9582777248 and (6) Mr. Gagan M.No.9582777252 both mechanics. The Supervisors of your service centre and Area In charge had not given satisfactorily reply and no action had been taken so far. It is my humble request to you that kindly replaced my AC with a new one as the above article covered one year guarantee of the sold items or replaced the cooling coils without further delay at your own cost otherwise I will take legal action against your firm. Hoping for a early and favourable reply.

    With kind regard, I beg to give few lines for your kind notice and consideration on priority basis, I purchased the LG split 1.5 ton AC model No.LG LSA5WG2VF1 in 2008 from Sumaria, Mu@@@@@ Mumbai, Invoice No.m9/mar08/0110.

    Only for a month did the AC give the cooling effect. Contineous complaints to the service centre from 2008 regarding the cooling process has been left unattended. I was some how managing with the same ac thinking that since it is summer and we are on the top floor it might be because of that the ac is not cooling.

    The service centre technician had many times attended to the problems but never agreed that the machine is not working properly. Though my warranty period for the internal machine has expired I called up the call centre to send some technician to find the pressure of gas in the machine. The technician was shocked to see the pressure at 20 and requested not to operate the machine as the compressor would fuse off.

    The pressure of gas was told to be checked by the previous technicians also who attended my earlier complaints but did not check since it was in the warranty period and they knew that the problem was due to gas. Only intention was to keep dragging with the issue so that the warranty period get expired and then the service centre could earn some money in this way. This is a good method of earning money.

    A week before when I complained the call centre they sent the technician and they were very much willing to check the gas because my warranty had expired and they new that they can easily get the Rs.1200/- for filling the gas.

    Nobody is taking the responsibility neither the LG call centre nor the LG service centre.

    The new development is that the LG customer service toll free number has blocked all my phone calls and now my complaints are not been attended. The floor supervisor Mr. Arijyot Boss who is aware about the issue and had committed to attend to this problem is now avoiding my calls and no instruction has been given to the service centre to attend the complaint.

    The Service centre manager Mr. Sahaj Tripati is not attending the calls saying that he needs to have a conference call with me and the LG call centre for finalising the matter. Call centre is not ready for the conference.

    An email had been sent to the lg complaint cell. There is no reply.

    This is my third experience with LG product though i did not complain for the other two (the microwave and the washing machine). The microwave was 6 years old and the magnetron in that had fused. I complained the LG call centre even though the warranty had expired so that I get a genuine LG spare part. I was shocked when the technician brought a china made magnetron with no LG seal and logo. I stopped the technician from installing it since I found it fishy. I again called the LG call centre and lodged a complaint about this act. they sent the technician the next day with LG magentron, with proper LG seal and logo. You can understand how the customer is been fooled. Though I was technically sound I handled it but what about the other people.
    After doing all this the LG customer care is saying that no such complaint has been registered in their record and whatever was reported the feedback entered is that the ac is okay. I remember that I had never signed the job sheet which the technician gave. what do I do now as they do not leave any job sheet with the customer for record when in warranty period. Which door has to be knocked to get this organisation straight.

    Exclamation LG's 1.5T AC is not working perfectly

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to bring in your kind attention the following:

    1. We've purchased the AC last year in July 09, where it was installed,
    we were not using very much, therefore in last month i've shifted it to
    my other residence by the same technicians team, who has installed it

    2. My AC is cooling, and when it starts after 3 minutes it started cooling, and
    if the room temperature is say 30deg,it brings it down to 28 , after that it starts
    increasing the temperature , sometime to 33 degree also.

    3. My first complaints was to dealer, but after i found that no body responded, i called
    at your tollfree number to get assistance, than booked complaint no: C1051525113 dated 15-5-2010

    your engr came and after seeing the ac, he recommeded me to replace the stablizer , as the voltage is
    very fluctuating.

    I suggested him that i've got 3 more AC on the same premises, and all of them working well, and infact this
    ac is also cooling, but after 28 degree, it doesn't functions. He didn't react and stuck to the same issue.

    Again we've filed another complaint C1051800476, dt 18-5-2010, your engr came and tried and finally suggested
    us to increase the temperature with a difference ot minimum 2-3 degree, otherwise compressor faces load
    due to which it is not cooling, we suggested him to keep it under observation, and he disappear. after
    he went we did what he said, but the problem still existing , we called him , he said he is coming and passed the
    whole day.

    Now again i've filed the other complaint C1052034310,dt 20-5-2010, along with that i would like to tell you that
    today i've seen two offices using the same AC , which are working well . But believe me there is some technical
    manufacturing defect, due to which the problem is still existing.

    Therefore you're requested to kindly do the needful, before its warranty period gets over. And I know that all
    your staff of customer support are working on the platform, that once the warranty period get over, we'll starts charging.

    And therefore they are visiting us just for eye wash.

    I hope and wish that my problem should get rectified within this week, You need to replace my AC with good working AC
    at the earliest.

    Thumbs down Complain about LG split AC

    Dear Sir,
    I bought LG Desire AC at cost of 32500/- on 22.04.2010 from your local outlet (CMA-Arena) near Vasco railway station.
    I faced my first problem with above AC on 17.05.2010 when I observed that water had started dripping from front on the stabilizer. I complained about it, the technician came and just adjusted the AC but still dripping didn't stop.
    Now on 09.07.2010, I observed that the display on the panel is not clear. I have made complain again but so far nobody has come to attend the problem.
    I request you to kindly look into the matter.
    Suggest to get my AC replaced with the new one.

    We had purchased your LG Air Conditioning Machine Model No. LSA3NF5VF1C on 26-04-2010 vide your Bill No.

    Within a week we observed that it was not cooling the room as before. After we telephoned your office a technician came and did some repairs and said it was OK. After 2 days again we observed that it was not cool enough to our satisfaction. Again we called your technician and he said that there is gas leakage.

    Finally we decided to give the whole set back to you and take a new replacement instead of getting it repaired every 2 months.

    Today when I spoke on your Customer Care No. Mr. Syed Gajaz told me replacement is not possible.

    I would like to get a reply from you as to why replacement is not possible.

    If you are facing the problem with your LG again and again even after many repair by the Parent company, it means the problem is irreparable and the product is faulty and need to be replaced. For that you need to register your complaint with their Customer care, and in case you are not satisfied with Customer Care response then send a written notice to the CMD of LG, mention all the details in it, attach all the photocopy of relevant documents like bill, and the job sheet and ask them for the refund/replacement within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.

    Post Complaints not resolved after complaining 10times

    I complained at the LG customer care first time for water leakage from my split ac and another complaint for my window ac wherein the lock of the plastic cover was broken.The products were brought one and two months back and they are in the warranty period.The complaints has been registered more then 10times.the complaints are as follows:

    The executive checked and said there is no problem and immediately after the technician leaves from my house the water starts leaking within 45mins.I recalled the customer care and gave the complaint.The executives takes complaints and says your problem will be solved but second day itself the complaints gets closed and they put my number in the reject list saying more then one time complaint or customer calls again.I am spending bloody money on the calls and this is not for fun sake.I am not interested in talking to LG executives because the company sucks big time.The After sales service is pathetic.I would make sure that my friends and relatives dont purchase LG products anymore.Samsung,BPL and other companies are 100times much better then LG.I am very sure that now i have to spend money on these fuckall products and its repairing even though its in warranty period.Ur technicians don know how to solve the problem and blame customers dat dey call again n again...D worst company so far.And i will make sure that i never purchase a single product of this company....i AM REALLY dISGUSTED WITH THE TECHNICIAN AND EXECUTIVES AND SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE

    Default 1 Ton Split A/c

    DEAR SIR,
    I am very sorry to inform that I consider myself to be the most dissatisfied, most aggrieved & cheated customer of your esteemed LG organisation.
    I had puchased 1 ton split air conditioner from SHREE KRISHNA ELECTRONICS Shop No.20/21, Shyam Kamal D,Agarwal Market, Opp. Sahakari Bhandar,Vile Parle (East), Mumbai– 400057.vide invoice no. 2681 dated 15-4-2010.
    Soon I realised that the A/c is not giving adequate cooling & hence I complained about the same.
    I had to call upon you for atleast 5 to 6 times for putting the things right and still the problem persists.
    EVERY TIME I have been explained various reasons for malfunctioning of the A/c. e.g. gas leakeage, compressor fitting problem, problem with the compressor itself, etc…..
    Last time the dealer had told me that he had a talk with the LG Organisation about the replacement and he even mentioned that if the A/c gives me a problem within 2 months the A/c would be replaced.But within 2 weeks the A/c gave me a same problem. Further the LG Organisation is now backing off from the promise to me and the dealer too about the replacement.
    You people are better judge about your product quality. I do not make a general comment about LG products but I have reason to believe that the particular A/c has some major manufacturing defects.
    I hereby request you to replace the A/c itself because its malfuctioning has irritated me the most and has surpassed my tolerance level. My demand for replacement is very resonable, I suppose.
    Its now your turn to act in the manner that regains my faith in LG enterprise & LG products

    The one conclusion that I can draw from all of your comments is that I ain't going to purchase an LG AC whatsoever. PERIOD.

    Sir,

    I have purchased a Split AC on 2007 & which is under warranty till 2012.Model no-LSA18-T1AF1. The Ac is out of order from last two month due to compressor problem . I have given so many complain to customer care but no response till date.RNA-110418012109 dt.18 April, RNA-110508038703 dt.8 May & RNA-110519009144 dt. 19 May 2011. You are requested to look in to the matter and repair my Ac immediately.

    Default Split AC not working due to gas leakage

    Hi ,

    We bought a LG Split AC on Sep 2010 with 1 year warranty.We are frequently facing the problem since Apr-2011 and even we are not getting proper response from LG .We were informed by the LG AC mechanic that we need to fill the gas .We have lodged a complaint tw weeks back but still there are no reponses .
    We are totally unhappy with LG customer support.

    Thumbs down Undue Harrasment for supply of AC

    I as a 75 years old senior citizen painfully regret to complain that I am being unduely harrased for the last 10days for the supply of supply of 6x1.5 ton Split Air Conditioners for my house which is in the final stage of renovation. Non-supply of the AC's is withholding the completion of the renovation which is costing me a lot.
    The facts of the case are :-
    I deposited the money in LG account in BANK OF AMERICA, New Delhi vide transaction ref. no. PSIBH1135001298 dt. 1/11/11 and PSIBH 1136001824 dt. 2/11/11 for 6x1.5 ton Split AC's
    These AC's were booked with your office in Ludhiana,Punjab.
    There seems to be a communication gap between your Ludhiana/Chandgarh Office for the supply of these AC'S
    You are kindly requested to resolve the issue and get these AC's delivered at my residence in Chandigarh the earliest and save me from the galloping cost over run of renovation. Please contact my son Mr. Ravdip Singh Sohi at
