I really feel sorry for you. I don't understand why these people have to be so careless with there customers. You better leave your badluck behind and try some other ac say probably Samsung or Daikin. I have a Godrej ac and trust me it is superb.

I have purchased LG Split AC from Kothapet Baja showroom,Hyderabad, A.P.
And its almost 1 year and i have raised request reg the free service and vertical swinging is not working.
Request # RNA 12040-20450-16 Dated : 2nd of April 2012.
And the dealer states that there is no stock available in the market reg. the vertical swinging part.
Would you pls look into the issue.
