I purchased 2 videocon AC in 2006. the compressor are supposed to have a 6 year warranty.
One AC is constantly tripping after 15-20 minutes of running.
I made a complaint to customer care on 21st July 2009 - compl number GHAZ107090287. in spite of continuous follow ups there is no response.
One cannot contact the customer care because "all executives are busy".
i feel that the company is just buying time to avoid replacement under warranty.
