I ordered AC from Tata Croma mount Road branch Chennai. i have made the full payment 27th March 2010. they promised me for the delivery on 29th between 3 PM to 9 PM. today date 16th April 2010. not yet got the delivery. all false commitment and saying lame reasons year end closing, transport issue and other. still i am talking to them. same false commitment.

Hope a necessary action would be taken against them.
