    Default Brand New Samsung AC Defective-No response frm Samsung after several complaints

    I bought Samsumg Air Conditioner on 28th March'2010. The very next day AC stopped working.
    I registered a complaint with Samsung call center the very next day, i.e. on 30th March 2010.(complaint number: 8402322426). Every single day till today I have been calling up the call center and every time I am assured from the call center that the technician shall be visiting within a single day. Nobody has visited. This has been a real harassment. I have been waiting for the technician for the entire week now.

    Following are details:
    Samsung model: Samsung HWAC AS-125UGA
    Price: Rs. 24,500/-
    Installed by samsung technician on 28th March'2010.
    Defect noticed on 29th March '2010.
    Complaint filed on: 30th March '2010.
    Complaint number at samsung call center: 8402322426


    I would like to get this model replaced or preferably taken back and full money with damages be paid back to me.
    I would not want to buy any samsung product again after such pathetic experience.

    The a/c has been repaired now and is working perfectly fine. The samsung engineers came yesterday(5th April'2010) and fixed the issue. Apparently there was some gas leakage in the a/c compressor.
    All is well that ends well... enjoying my new a/c now

    Default Incorrect model ONIDA 1.5 ton split AC delivered

    I paid money for ONIDA 1.5 ton 18spd model and they delivered 1.5 ton 18 CFL3 model and fitted to my house. i identified this discrepancy and asked them to replace it. They straight away said “NO”. Interesting point here is they are accepting their mistake (i.e. incorrect model delivered) and they didn’t agree to replace. I request consumer court to take necessary actions against them.

    Default Samsung AC got damaged within 1 year and then no service...

    Hi, I have purchased a Samsung 1 ton split AC in 21-06-2009 on faith that I would get a worldclass service as they generally promise. But I found it totally wrong. Within 1 year the compressor got damaged and after 3 days the engineer visited and told us that it would be taken the next day and would be replaced within 1/2 days. But the next day they didn't came and when we tried to call them,they simply denied that they can't come today and can't tell us the exact date when they are going to take the damaged compressor.

    Now God knows when we are going to get the AC running in too much hot climate out here. Hence it is suggested please think twice before purchasing Samsung AC's or may be the other equipments also, because ultimately the Service would be from the "Samsung" altogether.

    Default poor and callous service by samsung

    dear sir/madam, we purchased the split AC from samsung on 28/4/10 .the dealer told me that i have ot get it installed myself. and when it was installed on 4/5/10 it was fount that the internal unit was leaking. we lodged a complaint on 5/3/10 no 8414795286. somebody visited the same day and admitted that it was faulty and told that the coils need to be changed. i told him it is supposed to be a brand new AC and not even used once so i want the unit to be changed. since then nobody has contacted me. i have called customer support at leastd they did not have a clue on what is happening . on the top of it the last person in support asked me if had got it installed myself or company had intalled it and diagnosed it as intallation damage on phone itself while their engineer admitted it was a manufacturing damage. NOW IT HAS BEEN 20 DAYS SINCE THE FIRST COMPLAINT STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT ON THE TOP OF IT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL BACK IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL THEM ALL THE TIME. .
    WHEN THERE RESPONSE TO A NEW NON USED AC IS LIKE THIS ONE CAN IMAGINE WHAT THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMERS GO THROUGH
