I have buyed an hitachi window air conditioner on 05/08/09 from Aman Aircon(sec-9,faridabad) probably the best model of HITACHI. On 3rd march 2010 a person visited from hitachi for servicing it and since then its was not working, So i filed a complaint against it on 4th march 2010 and an executive visited from their side on 14th march 2010 and told that motor is not working as during service water must have gone inside it and will be replaced in 24hours and today is 16th march 2010, 12 days has been already passed and still there is no satisfactory answer from their side. My bill no.-1301 and my complaint no.-97100300303:&. Inspite of contacting them regularly through mail and phone no strict action is being taken from their side.They are not taking this matter seriously and are not resolving it:@.even after buying the model from the best brand, facing such problem.I would be highly obliged if you would help me in this matter and help me solve my complaint as soon as possible.
Immegiate action would be highly appreciated!
