I am Raghunath has bought AC of Whirlpool and reported not cool to helpline on 9 MAR 2010 3 PM.
Whirlpool has sent two gentlemen to service the AC on 10 MAR 2010 3 PM promptly.

My complaint was, AC is working but not cooling. Whirlpool service people has come and screwed it up and the AC completely stopped working.
The Service man reported that based on the telephonic support that he got, he troubleshooted the machine and it got screwed up.

I strongly believe that the people visited are not at all skilled on these machines.

The number of the person who called me for appointment is (Samir) 9739808107 and the number of the person who visited is (Musharuf) 9590029957.

Now my worry is, I bought this machine with lot's of trust on Whirlpool. If my AC is totally screwed up who is responsible?

Please suggest how would I proceed on this ?
