Hi All,
Last year I bought one window ac from the BLUE STAR company in Hyderabad. The AC was delivered and installed where the installer took money from me which should have been free. The AC after running few days gave some vibrations, called the RK Enterprises the dealer who installed. The guy fixed it but it started again after some days.
Again it was fixed. The summer was gone i had not ran it. But now when again i started there seems to be again vibration with more intensity have called the dealer and raised a complaint with BLUE STAR customer care but its seems to have fell into deaf ears.

Please suggest what shall I do. Did not expected such a reputated company can be the same as other cheap companies (ready to cheat).
