Its just 4.5 months old Rarely used A/c.The A/c was halted in our guest house were we used to stay once in a while.one day on our visit to the guest house we found that our a/c was not working .we called the dealer and stated the fault .he then sent two people removed the ac and took the unit and repaired it back with lots of scratches and dirt's and installed the unit back but after running the unit it was not cooling.The DEALER raised a bill of Rs.4320.00Inr and demanded it in our hospital which is around 15 kms away from the guest house.He demanded the money even after we said the unit is in warranty period.Due to prestige issue we paid him.We were LGs customer for the past 5yrs and we have made purchase of more than 10 Lac for our firm from their various outlets. The bill of rs 4320.00inr was not Authorized by LG service center. The Raised bill was in the name of a local A/c Repair shop named "cool well",we then called the cool well peoples and asked them whether they are Approved by LG . They said no but we can do all type of repairs.We then called the LG people and board a complaint(s9cc0505146)a week before then they sent a person 3 days before and went back saying the units gas is leaked and they haven't attended us back still.As a proper customer we first called the dealer before calling the LG service center and we faced a atrocious result from the dealer. What do you suggest us ? Help us.We are not completely satisfied with the unit.As a compensation we would be much happier if the unit is replaced by a new AC. The money and the mental stress which cannot be filled unsaid.
