Poor service Samaung

Dear Sir,

Sub: Defective piece (water leakage) of Brand New Samsung Split Air condition)
Ref: Purchase from Great Eastern Trading Co. Kolkata

We would like to inform you that we have purchased a Split Air Condition model
No.AS18EFB SERIAL No. A300PZES501794A from M/s Great Eastern Trading Co 277/2/1
B.T.Road , Sinthi More, Kolkata-700 036,Tel (033) 2532-9117.Vide cash memo
No.c/001860/09-10 dt 22.06.2009 and the same was installed on 23.06.2009 by Tarma
Repairing,4A,Basanti Devi Colony, kolkata sent by Great Eastern Co, as the
Authorised Installer.

From that particular date we are facing lots of problem likle water leakage, gas
leakage etc and we have lodged complaints to the Samsung Service centre vide docket
number is 8411090817,8411181150 and 8411344846.

Thereafter they have sent their technical persons several times but the water
leakage problem is not yet solved even M/s Simran Service od 12/, tagore park
kolkata 39, exclusive Samsung service has taken back the unit on 04/08/2009 vide
work order no. SS04HO9708 for filling the gas & other repairing but our problem was
not solved till date.

For last 3 months my family has been harassed by these people and we are facing lots
of problems..sir we never expected that type of poor service from a reputed company
like you.

So I am lodging the complaint with you so that my purchased unit be changed by you
or refund of full money along with all installation charge I have paid.
