I am a resident of Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. I Purchased two Air Conditioners of Hitachi in 2011. There has been sparks in one of the Air Conditioners many times. We got in touch with the customer executive on 23rd June 2012 and complained about the same. The technician visited us on 25th June 2012 and without even checking properly he said there is no problem at all and nothing needs to be done. He took Rs.380 from us as visiting charge. The same problem persisted again and we contacted the customer care again. The same technician visited on 28th July 2012 and said there is no problem and nothing needs to be done. He again took Rs.380. Inspite of telling him again and again to check it properly he ignored it and continued to say that there won't be any problem at all in future. The same problem continues since 28th July 2012 and we have been regularly contacting the customer care. The executives have been promising to send the technician in 24 hours. Nobody visited till now. Hitachi doesn't pay any heed to customer's safety. Electric spark can lead to injuries and deaths but nothing has been done. For any kind of damage company will be liable. A strict and immediate action should be taken against Hitachi.
