I had purchased a Samsung AC on 28.04.2009.Their was some problem in AC
in the month I called up the customer care and it was told to me the
fault has been rectified by the supervisor. But again now the AC has
stopped cooling which gives a picture that there is some manufacturing
defect in the AC . I am desiring to replce the said AC but Samsung
executive s are keeping away my request and asking me to get it
repaired. . Please guide how to proceed with it .or any complaint
numbers or mail ID
