Product Complaint:- Registered on call center 18001809999
On 1st July 2012 I have registered a complaint FOR THE COMPRESSOR ISSUE, COMPROSSER STOPS WORKING AFTER 1 MIN WITH LOUD NOISE.

There is no colling happening.

I was told that the engineer will call you within 24hrs and attend the complaint, till date no one has called and beside my repeated follow up there is no response from your service team.

This is very poor service.

2. Shivam Yadav on 5th July 2012 @ 11:15 am - told Complaint esclated and told that floor supervisor will call in 2 hrs. There has been no call back and engineer visit or call.
3. Sudham on 7th July 2012 @ 3:00PM-told Complaint esclated and told that floor supervisor will call in 2 hrs. There has been no call back and engineer visit or call.
4.Pamposh on 9873001314 @ 3:02 PM - told that engineer will surely visit before evening and asked to sms the complaint number and address, I have done that. However nobody has turned up and besides several attempts to reach Pamposh, he is not attending the call.
