hi,
i have an punto vehiche and the registration number of the vehichle is MH 43 AB 9141
and i have complaints in my vehichle which is not being taken care by the service centre advisors and on last friday i had given my vehicle for the complaint
of breakpad and usb not detecting in the system and they kept the vehichle for 2 days in service centre and they delivered the vehichle saying that the problem has
been rectified and when i take the vehichle and drive it for 30 km and i again start facing the same problem and today i took an appointment and went to the service centre
again and the advisor tells me that you will have to change the break disc and also for repairing the usb port they want to keep the vehichle for 1 month and this
wasd said by the advisor mr.mohammad i also spoke to an manager whose name was viraj and he was checking the previous history of the vehichle and he tells me that the breakpad and the break disc was not been changed and i told him
to please check in the system properly and tell me weather it was changed or not but as per your systems it was changed and mr.viraj gets irate and he tells me that "i dont want to take your vehichle"
and i am releasing it without doing the work and after that mr. narendra who is the service advisor tells me that i am having other appointments and i cant waste time on your car and he tells it in an horrible way which is not tolerable
and i tell him what about my appointment and my car, so he tells me that i dont want to do the work of your car and earlier when i had got my vehichle serviced at that time they gave me an feedback form and i gave an strong feedback and he went ahead and tore it and said , what sir, give us good feedback and in future you dont worry and we are alwayss there to help you out in your problems
and mr.mohammad who does the job of the vehichle, that fuckol person tells me that , yeh service centre se apka gadi ka kaam hoyega hi nahi and i am so sorry to use this words on an mail but to be very frank this was the words used by your advisor mr. mohammad " jao bosde main" and he pushed me out of the gate and gave my car keys and said that he dosen't want to do the work.
now i ask you , is this the service what you provide to an customer who always pays high bills for servicing and is this the kind of language which should be used
in front of an customer and i have also complained about it in customer service and i have not got any reply for that and this is horrible service and i clearly tell
you that the service centre guys are not atall co-operative and today when i go there with the same complaint mr. narendra tells me the "kya chindi system dete hain
yaar company wale" and i tell him that is not my concern and that is your problem boss and i will tell you that never my complaints has been resolved by the people in
service centre.
