Dear Sir I purchased a Hyundai i20 from the sawan hyundai,panipat . My car registration number is HR06G-0031.Last month I had a complaint regarding the car's coolent leakage and they changed some part , then again after few days I got the same problem so i visited them again and also I registered a complaint at the customer care and again they changed some another part . And now i got the same problem again and I visited them and had a talk to the manager and they assured me that I'll not get the same problem again and I was called up by them to pick my car and when I reached there, they gave me a test drive and when I checked the coolent box ,I found that they haven't put up the coolent instead they filled the box with water .I've been stuck at the middle of the roads so many times because of this reason where I had no one to get it repaired .So I request you to help me in getting justice as I've been exploited by them a number of times and also to change my car as it is now risky for us .
