    Angry complaint for maruti company

    i had perches maruti ritiz LDI from rukmani motors Indore AB road befor 35 days,as per weecale requrirment i need to get service my car on firest 1000 km then 3000 km when i went for firest servicing of my car i told them there is some problem with gear and deskbord they sapous to cheque this part but thy forgot to cheque and repaired my car front door then to they suppose to give me my car back after 3 hrs but when i want for pik my car care is not there there driver who piked my car is rowming with my care heare and there and they told me he went for drop my care but i didnt told any thing like that. at the time of 2nd servicieng of my care i ask them to pik up my car they replied they don have any driver they have only 1 driver and his wife is not well so they cat pik my car and not able to do my service 2 day then 3 day thay are giving me this responce frome last 7 days then there store manger told me ok u talk our driver when will he join his duti and pik my car and cut the phone then i called there customer service manager she replied we are not going to pik ur care if you wont to service ur care come here and it well tack week then i went there regional office there manager told me he will reply me in next 15 on this but he didn't replayed me when i called them he told me i forget to call u i have other work also , then i called there tool free no. they locked my complaint but still no reply from there side and they even dnt have TAT to resolve customer problem still my care is not serviced and no response from company`s end and if any thing happens to my care due to delay in service who will be responsible fore that and now they are not piking up my call as well.

    Angry Bad Attitude

    I am leaving at krishnagar,nadia,west Bengal,India. Last week I brought a Maruti Alto K10 car from B.K.Motors , Bardhaman near about 100 KM away from My home town. All was good, good enviorment,good place and beautiful showroom was there.
    This car was ready for delivery and I was purchase some accessory from this showroom. There was a person Bejay showing those. I can't believe his attitude. I can't explain. I am a IT/software Engineer at TATA Consultancy Services. I am very much heated.
    I never go there only for this person and as well as suggest my friends don't go there at Accessory dept. But this showroom is very much bigger than others.
    Please my kind advice be careful abt. behaviour. Good behaviour will improve your growth.

    Default Delay of repair

    I,badru alam mallik, residing at kolaghat,purba medinipur,west bengal, practising as advocate at purba medinipur judges court.my car being number wb-30g/5114,model maruti alto lxi was send to bhandari automobile ,at kharagpur on broken condition on 04.04.2012.after lapsed of eleven days order has been made .being order no.sg701120403r dated13.04.2012. On enquiry ,works manager of aforesaid dealer told me that the maruti company did not fulfil our order.for that reason they can't repair my car.in this position i fall in great trouble. I request you to take immediate step for your consumer interest.
