i had got my car santro xing serviced in hyderabad and after service the steering became hard. company told that it was from before and they have mentioned it in service card.
my point is that they have mentioned it because the problem occured. also when they had test driven the vehicle they had noticed no such thing.
After that i had given my car to them again and after repair they told me to pay the charges else they will not give car. they harrased me for this and finally i had to pay the amount.
also i had seen that their mechanics used to sit in car ac on and music on with no botheration. it is kun hyundai at hyderabad.
