Dear Mr. Singh,

I Called you on your number 9213773042 at 03:42 PM today but may be due to your busy schedule you didn’t picked the phone. As per your voice , we understand that the pen drive contains some important data related to your job. I would also like to inform you that as a regular practice our workshops inform customers to remove the loose and valuable items from the vehicle before giving it for service.

For your particular case , We’ve checked on the following points :

1. Pen drive is not mentioned while taking inventory on any of your vehicle’s job card or job slip. However it mentions others items clearly i.e. Mudflaps, battery, tires, jack etc..
2. As a counter check, workshop had also checked CCTVs wherever applicable but no theft case was found.

Still Respecting customer’s voice, Workshop shall reimburse you the cost in form of service coupons.

Thanks & Regards,

Gurkirat Singh

Hi Tanveet

As per the telephonic conversation with you a while ago, it is very frustrating for me to wait till 04th Jan, as the concerned person is not available till that dayas advised by you.
I have been mentioning it over and over again that this PEN Drive consists important documents. It is hampering my work and leading me to head towards an undreamed humiliation from my employers.
I also wanted to let you know Tanveet the way you banged the phone on me without notifying me it was very rude, unprofessional, abrupt. It was very difficult for me to talk to someone over the phone as every time I call there is no one to answers the phone.

I would really appreciate if someone can call me before I get unemployed.
