But I have to say a different story with my experience at your services. Your service department has been unable to properly repair / inform the engine complaint of the car, that caused big troubles to me also not co-operate to Customer

My vehicle hand over in workshop on 23/12/2011 at 11.00am for regular servicing they make job card and there they commit me your vehicle ready on 25/12/11 at 10.30am as per this I am going to vehicle delivery 25/12/2011 but there not ready nothing any work doing after that I discuss with workshop manger but he is not responds properly now seven day gone but nothing any happening and not responding

I will provide all documents and invoices from global gallarie to you supporting above things on request from your side. Your esteemed company is requested to take immediate action on this mail and inform us the action your office is contemplating in this regard.
