    Thumbs down Worst Customer Service - Chevrolet India



    Chevrolet Cruze was my dream car. Waited so long for it to arrive and finally bought it. I have been using it since a year but in vain. Had to change the tyres at 22,000 km. Braking trouble never ceases. But the worst of all is that the company's service personnel hardly respond to complaints. They all are with such bad attitude thinking that their customers are dumb people who get carried away just with the company's name tag. It might be true in other countries but not here. Guess they have to seriously think about their stand against other companies in India and their competitive service response. Calling for justice. Thumbs down to Chevrolet......

    Default Chevrolet worst customer service. = Sucide

    If you decide to dump your money in fire is same as investing in Chevrolet. They are completely deaf. Until there is no problem with the vehicle its fine, if there is any then you forget any saving hand.

    If you are the person who realize the value for peace of mind this is my experience (in the current market situation)

    Angry worst class after sale services by chevrolet

    true friends.. even i had to change my tyres at 22000 Kms and they make us fools blaming tyre company. i have made arount 50 visits to service centre in past 2 years but at no time my car was as good as the name. they even don't care to put the engine caps after changing oil. now when i am asking them for it they say it should have been lost by you....
    are we the bloody technicians who would open the car bonut at home.

    i am sure i will sue them someday once my temperature moves out of control

    Default worst dealing

    this is in context to the servicing of AC done by dealer "megha motors, lucknow"their attitude is so rude.they thnk that once we have given car for srvice to them they think they can charge anything.they dont even bother to tell you the estimate. before giving them my car reg no UP 32 cc 4566 i asked them the estimate and i was told app 2000/- with full service incl gas but when i came to take the delivery i was told by the mechanic that bill is rs. 3600/- i shouted them then a person came outside andtold that dont worry i'll make it to rs. 2500/-. iwas shocked that it seems that i have come to some street side mechanic and not in a company. they dont have controll on their employees. also wheni asked for the bill they didnt mentioned the gas amt. and they charged double the rate of gas what was in the market.

    Thumbs down worst exeprience of service at chevy jalandhar.

    Very much true friends.. after accidental job car dont even runs for 1000Km and given the problem of over heating and Ac not working afte replacement of Radiator , condensor and Ac. The Ac of car is wrost and not given the proper cooling.and after testing they given the estimate of rs 40,000Rs again for the car which was just 1 year old.

    Default Chevrolet cars are good untill there is no problem...Customer care is deaf.

    Chevrolet cars are good as untill there is no problem...after that you have to continue visit the dealers for sane or other problem..better buy some other car where after sales service is good. Customer care is deaf

    Default Unavailability of spare parts

    I am from Jabalpur and we are facing issue with the Chevrolet Service. I have a Chevrolet spark LPG model bought in November 2010. The car has a 3 years zero maintenance warranty which has been advertised by Chevrolet heavily. Around 2 months back, the car developed a problem where it does not convert from petrol mode to LPG mode. When we contacted the Oriental motors( Dealer in Jabalpur) he said they need to replace a spare part. But its more than 2 months now since the complaint is pending. I contacted Chevrolet customer care on 1 Sep 2012 and lodged a complaint with complaint ID 29416 but to no use. I keep calling the the customer care and they do not have any satisfactory response. All I want is that if the company is unable to provide the spare part then I should be allowed to procure the part from outside and the money should be reimbursed. The car is used by my father who is a retired 63 year old person unable to run from pillar to post for such issues. The response from dealer and also the customer care has been pathetic. Request you to take this up at your end.
