I am Dr Neeraj. I bought a TATA SAFARI about 2 years back in Nov'07. I was happy with my service providers till recently when I went to GUPTA CAR CLINIC, an authorised service centre of TATA in JAMMU, for routine service of my safari. But when I went there to take the delievery of my car after service, I found the spare wheel cover broken. I asked the manager there about it but to my surprise, he said that it was already broken. I spoke to the owner of the service station but of no use. Instead he started abusing me and insulting me. He used the words that I can expect from hulligans only. :D
I want you to contact TATA's and ask them, if this is the level of service they provide to their valued customers.
I think I am a big fool that I purchased a TATA product.
I will never suggest anyone to ever go for a TATA product.

You already done a big mistake i.e. you buy a TATA product, I was having 2 tata products 1) Indica and 2) Mobile.

Tata indica is the hell car I have ever seen in my life and the service station ( A-one moters Delhi) is most pathatic service station in all over the world.

2) Tata mobile: Only 2 words are enough to tell you the whole story : NOT REACHABLE
