I had purchased a Hyundai i 20 from Continental Hyundai, Mumbai in the month of Mar 2011. I am due for my first service now. I was told that I could avail of the service from any authorised service centre. However, now am being denied service from Orix Auto Infrastruture Andheri saying that they do not have a tie up with Continental Hyundai. Am I not entitled to get the car service from any service station ? as I was informed at the time of purchase.
