    Default Hyundai i10 Complaints

    Dear Mr. Vikaram Modi,

    The said vehicle was purchased from your good showroom on 8th of
    February,2009. The vehicle is under warranty for the period of 2 years
    and extended warranty of 1 year.

    There was some problem in driving the vehicle and it was giving a
    burning smell on 09.06.2009. It was given to your service department for
    repairs on the same day.

    On the same day your engineers at your service department at Goregaon
    told me that the problem is due to damage to clutch plate which needs to
    be changed. I agreed to them and gave the vehicle for repairs.

    Today i.e. on 10.06.2009 your engineer/service personnel Mr. Adil
    (mobile no. 9821333447) called me and told that even after changing the
    clutch plate, vibrations are not going. Now they say that the fly wheel
    (metal part) is damaged and needs to be changed.

    I requested your personnel to change the fly wheel for free being under
    warranty period. He told me that it can not be changed as Hyundai has
    rejected the claim. I requested him to provide me the number of Hyundai
    personnel whom he has contacted and who has rejected the claim. Mr. Adil
    refused to provide any number of Hyundai as well.

    This kind of behaviour is not expected from the personnel of big dealers
    like you. At least we should be given an opportunity of being heard and
    be provided the facilities/benefits/warranties of Hyundai. In fact you
    have taken extra money from us for extended warranty. What for? please
    provide us the replacement of warranty parts.

    Since Fly wheel comes under warranty, I request you to please change the
    part and fix a new fly wheel and give me the vehicle by tomorrow morning
    i.e. 11.06.2009.

    In case you have any problems, kindly provide me the phone/mobile
    numbers and email ids of concerned personnel from Hyundai whom I can
    contact and get the issue resolved.

    I am also marking this mail to consumer court so that proper proceedings
    can be initiated under consumer protection act if my request is not
    heard at your/hyundai level. All expenses of the proceedings will also
    be claimed from you under the final petition filed with the court.

    Default Regarding non aveleble of spare part I10 car

    This is to your kind notice that we have given our I10 car no. MH03 AM 7066 for repairing which was purchase 11 month, we had given car to repaired at jai bharat auto mobile ltd. Chembur the people of the company told us that in the car there is problem in gear box and the material would be received from Bangalore after seven days it means that such a great organizational so can not get the viability of the stock. Then how can the customer trust to such a car for the daily for ten days.

    I Purchased a I10 Sport Bill No. is 200802107 Dt. 6/03/09 and Regd. No. UK08N2780 Dt. 6/04/2009 From Hyundai Motors, Dehradun on this day is Scheme is Exchange offer of 15000/- Rs. I complete a Exchage offer Paper Commercial Hyundai He told me Your Check is delivered on company 30-45 days As per the law after Six months cheque was to be refunded from your Company, but I am still awaiting for my cheque.I have made many visits to the Hyundai Motors, Dehradun office but no response from their side.In the month of Mar09 .I had myself gone to their office and got the file completed, still the case is pending.

    I had spoken to Hyundai Motors, Dehradun City Office many times but not giving me any satisfactory answer.

    I would request you to kindly look into the matter.

    Dear All,

    Regarding your complaint you just have to send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. to get any solution on Company level with a copy to the Service centre. You will have to address your complaint to the Managing Director of the Co. and do keep a copy of that letter with you. The address is:

    Default Hyundai service providers cheated me

    I recently gave my hyundai i10 sportz for servicing at Hyundai service centre, Pookunnam, Thrissur, Kerala. They charged aroung Rs 1600/- for 'free' service. There were few scratches on the vehicle and i told them to do patch painting for which they charged Rs 5500/-! I asked them why. they said some special paint!!! Also the patches where still visible. later i took it to a local mechanic and he did a perfect job in 30 mts and charged just Rs100/-. Why did the service providers charge so much? I feel cheated. Also the work was very poor and took 6 days to be delivered!!!

    I Purchased a I10 Sport in lakshmi hyundai visakhapatnam . In 3 servicing they are not rotating the tires upto 14000kms & mileage complaint also simply wash the car given back. what I can do sir. since 10 years i am driving the cars. This type service i never see sir.

    Hi,

    I, Manish Narayan, of Ranchi(Jharkhand) Mob number:- 09386595082 is having an i10 with Reg number JH 01W 2084.

    Just to meet your time constraint concerns (which I believe is not more that over the board self exaggeration) please find below a brief summary of one of your workstation in RANCHI (JHARKHAND).

    I visited your workshop Fairdeal Hyundai (E6204) in Ranchi (JHARKHAND) on 21st Feb'2010. The Service was worst and i filed a complaint for the same in the workshop on the same day and the complaint number was 5, after that no action has been taken. Even i had a talk with Mr. Singh,CRO (Complaint redresail officer),he said he will look into my issue but no result and apart from bad service, back seat lock of my car was also broken by the Mechanic at workstation. It presented as the mechanics available there were also not well trained.

    It was not expected from the Hyundai workstation, kindly look into the matter and give me a call asap else if I don’t get a call from Hyundai within one week then I will report this matter in consumer court.

    dear sir my car 'SANTRO XL d.p.blue ,registration no. up 16 Q 8390 RUNNING SATISFACTORY CONDITION TILL NOW
    DUE TO GETTING PROPER SERVICE IN TIME

    BUT UNFORTUNATELY THIS TIME THE SERVICE CENTRE "CAPITAL HYUNDAI WORK SHOP" USED ON DATED 26/02/2010

    BUT REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT SERVICE WAS VERY POOR AND WE TOOK THE CAR TWO TIMES TILL NOW

    AND AGAIN THE CAR GIVEN THE SAME PROBLEM.I FEEL THE ENGINEERS ARE NOT EXPERIENCED OR IGNORE THE

    REQUIRED JOB.PLEASE ADVICE THEM TO CHECK THE CAR AGAIN WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.THIS WORK SHOP IN

    I had purchaged a i10 in the month of oct 09, as per Krish hyundai manage you will get the amt of rs 15000/- in exhange offer, till now whenever i get in touch with them no one is taking care of my word. pls look into this.

    i purchased i10 era 2 yeras before.it doen't gives good average.My car gives 10 to 11 km mileage.How can i increase its average .Pls give suggestion.

    Default Capital Hyundai Service

    Capital Hyundi is the worst in Noida, they are thives, I paid 13500 for servicing my Santro ZIP, and car is still knocking, when I asked to their so called service advisor, he told me there is some problem in clutch and need clutch work, so again it will take Rs. 5500, so you can see this service is costing me 19000, so don't know what the hell they did earlier. Think all people suffering from these thives, need to get organized and pull them to consumer court.

    Angry I10 ERA Complaint

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    It is to inform you that i have purchased i10-ERA on 27th January,2010. I have drived aprrox 3000 KM and one service has been done. but i have noticed my car mileage is just 7KM per Litre. Its shocking because now a days, i am regularly watching the tv & newspaper ads that i10 have won most mileage award. Please do the necessary guidance and solution for that. Because it is now becoming too expensive for me.

    Angry i10 era Mileage Problem

    Post COMPLAINT of Hyundiai i 10 Megna Model

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    I have purchased Hyundai make i10 Motor Car on 03/09/2009 vide registration number UP 16X 9365.
    Unfortunately I saw front side radiator case had broken without any reason last month. That time I was driving car in rural forest areas around 11.30 PM with my family. My family feels panic at night. I searched any mechanic, there is no availability. I had make a call to my relative for helping at night, they came to me after 2 hours and driving the car very slowly about 10 hrs per KM. next day I rushed to service station at Capital Hyundai, Sector -2 Noida (UP) with my defective car, service man told me that radiator case (Complete part for where radiator hanging) is manufactured by totally plastic material. I was surprised that i10 such a car used plastic part on very important front place of the car, Hyundai has to use steel part on such front side places of the Car.
    I replaced the broken radiator case on cost of Rs. 7500/-.
    I am asking from Hyundai Motor why you used plastic part on front side of car, every time it will be broken when minor hit to any article. Customer has to bear every time Rs. 7500/- as well as mental harassment.
    I personally feel this is manufacturing negligence.
    That journey is nightmare to me, now I am not confident to driving my new car at night & rural areas, where no availability of mechanic.

    Default Hyndai I10 - Not satisfied with the service levels and performance of the car

    Hi,

    I purchsed Hyundai I10 just 6 months back and after every service I face some or the other issue. This time after the second service my inside lights do not seem to be working fine, the blinkers start blinking on their own. The speedometer of the car stopped working all of a sudden and the speed starts from 80 instead of zero. I have also had issues with the mileage of the car, what the company claims is not what the car is giving....

    Why dont they check all the parts properly at the time of each service????All these things should be addressed ASAP.
