    Angry Low mileage of i 10

    I purchased "i10 new model VTVT Magna" 4 months back,& have done 1000 kms & one service,the biggest problem is car mileage which is just around 10 - 11 km per ltr , but Hyundai claims it to be around 19 , I told this problem in the service station but its of no use.
    I know after the second service the mileage increases to 2 - 3 km/ltr.
    So Hyundai just tell the fake averaage to just sell the car ????
    I m not at all satisfied by this car.

    Thumbs down cracking of paint

    Sir,
    I have purchased hyundai i10 magna Reg. no. UP32CX 4938 in october 2009. in march 2010 i had claimed insurance for dent on the co-driver door. the Service center (SAS hyundai , Amausi Road lucknow) person painted that side of my car along with dent removal. now that paint has just fainted and lots of cracks in the form of web have appeared on that repianted side. I am really shocked by this. I can't believe that such a reputed Company's service center can overjoy his customers' lobby like this.
    Please tell me what should i do?

    Exclamation Car engine belt cut and the front side bumper very light and got cut on the third day

    I purchased one i10 on last week . to my surprise the engine belt got cut and the front bumper came down from the original position,when approached the dealer was very bad with the consumer,the permanant regn supposed to be made on the day of purchase was not done even after the elapse of fifteen days.the driver was badly treated by the people in the hyundai car show room at hosur.

    Unhappy 2nd Free servicing of I10 problem

    In my 2nd free servicing of i10 then charge me the oil filter change charges & engine oil change charges. if this is the condition in free servicing then before this you need to inform to us that whenever free servicing is there we need to pay some money & these are the condition.

    Hi,

    I gave my Hyundai Santro for service today at service station Kukatpally Hyderabad. The power window in the left was not functioning along with the central locking system also for regular service. I was told that the car required oil change, engine carbon removal, wheel alignment and balancing, bearing and some small part changes to be done. A estimated bill of Rs. 4600 was taken on my credit card for all the services with tax and by evening 7:00 PM get a call that neither the wheel balancing is done nor carbon removal and still Rs 3500 is done. I get the car delivered home with only a wash done which was just done and not even proper. I have been cheated for both my money and waste of time going down to the service station. Need to launch a complain against this irresponsible attitude and negligence to customers money and property.

    Default still not received the corporate discount cheque

    I have rejestered a complain on hyundia call center a week ago my complain num is 1/51329771 on 13th oct 2011
    But still date i dint got the resolution
    Will anybody help me out or the complain cell is just for the make customer haress and i hope you people will look into the matter and solve the complain

    Dear Sir,

    My Car Hynduai i-10 Era Met BS-1V DL-8CT-5689 purchased from M/s Himgiri Hyundai Dilshad Garden Delhi on 06/11/2010.The vehicle is under warranty for 2 Yrs. This Car i-10 Era Met BS-1V DL-8CT-5689 is giving me very less average on petrol which is less than 9 K.M. per liter. This car was given to your service centre five times for the same complaint reported but there is no improvement after repetition of complaint. Last time your service staff said this problem be removed and there well be improvement in average after scanning with some new instrument but there is no change and I am manly disturbed.
    So I requested to you to solve my problem as earliest.

    I had bought i10 Car On April 2011, According to dealer "Continental Hyundai" - L. A. Motors Pvt. Ltd. In Khar West, They have promised to give me R C Book with in 3 to 4 months, after sending so many request many times to (Showroom RTO department) Sachin, Amar they usually says we are working on the same, blame RTO for the same.

    I dont know where is the problem with RTO or with Showroom, however According to me its duty of showroom to provide required document to customer as promised.

    Default complaint for force tempo traveller

    i purchase a force tempo traveller on 12th of august 2011 . my vehicle is on under warranty . the clutch plates are destroyed . the agency gives to me 1 year warranty . but now they don't listen to me. so we face many of problems or expences like as investment. insurence expenses salary of driver permit expense - total loss= Rs.2000 per day loss . and traveller is now at in agency at ludhiana in gurvir motors. please take action immediately then we save for loss.

    This is to bring to bring to your kind notice that I purchased a Hyundai i10 sportz car at DSC Hyundai, Iyappanthangal in April 2011. It’s almost 8months now and still now i have not received my Vehicle Registration book(RC No. TN10AC 5880). I have been following up with DSC, Iyappangathal office since June 2011 for the RC book. There were many people in their office to talk to me when I went for booking, but none to care after delivery & I felt lost, even their BM was helpless. Finally with my know friend at ARVAL , I took up strongly with DSC - DGM Mr Alagappan and followed with him every week, but till date no progress. He just gave me false commitment and not even bothers to attend my call nowadays.

    Right from the launch of i10, I had lot of passion to buy Hyundai i10 & my dream came true this April. But now I feel that I made a wrong choice by buying through DSC Hyundai. If this prolongs, I may even lose interest in Hyundai products, due to the worst service of your service providers.

    Receiving RC Book is a gradual process, but DSC has complicated it and made me now to plead for the same.

    Hope you will atleast take this issue very seriously and help me in receiving my RC book without further delay.

    Default Complain Regarding Aakashdeep Hyundai Sambalpur

    Sir,
    I has purchased a new I10 car from the above said Hyuandai deler in the month of March 2011 exchanging my old Hyundai Getz at a mutually agreed price of Rs 80000.00.
    Mr Alok, the owner of Aakashdeep Hyundai Sambalpur, during that particular time said that Rs 65000.00 will be adjusted directly from the price of the new I 10 and the balance amount of Rs 15000.00 to be reimbursed to us within one month.We agreed upon with the same and we paid the price of the new I 10 deducting just 65000.00, but we are sorry to say that unfortunately we have not received the same till now. Recently when we asked about the same to the executives named Mr. Panigrahi at Aakashdeep Hyundai Sambalpur, that person said us "since because Ownership Tranfer of vehicle got late the balance amount of Rs 15000.00 is forfeited by company and we will not be getting the same".
    Sir I am a Hyundai Customer since the year 2000 and if such fraud transactions are committed by the peoples representing Hyundai we are ashamed to be a owner of Hyundai car and embarrassed to have ever steeped in to a Fraud Dealer Like Aakashdeep Hyundai. I request you to the person concerned to take strict measure and settle this problem at the earliest and if possible please ensure proper parameters to appoint dealers.

    I purchased a new Hyundai car (Santro). The details of the car is attached with the application. Under exchange Discount scheme I was eligible to get discount of Rs. 12000/-(Rs. Twelve thousand only). Regarding this I contact the dealer but he is not responding me properly.
    With this application I am requesting you to do the needful and please give me the proper direction to claim the discount immediately. If I am not getting proper response in 1 week I may take legal action.

    Default complaint for poor i10 mileage..

    Hi, myself Major Atul Gupta....i m an army officer n presently posted in Bkaner...

    i bought i10 megna model in Apr 2009...since then i m some issues as relating to the mileaf=ge of the car..and my bad observation is as follows:-


    1. i drove this vehicle since almost three yrs and as told my the company that i wil be getting almost 19-20 kms mileage in long route and about 14-15 in cities...but contrary to that i m just getting 10-11 kms in cities and about 13 kms in long routes.


    2. i went for the services no of times but always was assured that the mileage wil improve...but didi not happen so till now.


    3. now i m forced to write this to you...since i m fifancially very much affected.


    4. as i lost all my patience and dont hav the will left to come for the service again...therefore...you are requested to do the needful regarding this issue at the earliest...so that we can maintain healthy association together...


    5. i hope that you willl assist me in resolving this issue..barring which i wil be forced to approach your higher authorities including the CUNSUMER COURT if need be....

    Angry Complaint on i10 mileage being very low

    I have purchased an i10 1.2 magna but the mileage is pathetic and gives me just 9 - 10 kmpl in bangalore, all ads by Hyundai is false so want to file a case on against the company not sure how to approach.....?

    If i10 is to sensitive car than whats the purpose of purchasing such car, because the way Vehicle no is increasing in Indian Roads, one had to keep leg on clutch and Break. Than every 10-12 days Clutch may be affected and one had to pay Rs 5000.

    kindly look into the matter, because i am not feeling satisfied what engineer of the said Showroom are claiming.

    i m dr ravi k mahavar, i purchased i 10 magna in oct 2011 and till date it is run about 5000 km and i m continuously going to service center for pick up problem and every time thy just tightens the clutch wire but problem returned every time , in every service i told them about pick up problem but every time problem remained same. two day back i went to service station and the mechanic said to me the car requires clutch plate and company is not going to pay for this.i told them it may be manufacturing defect coz this is bothering me since i bought it but they said perhaps u hav bad driving technique and denied to help.
    kindly help me.. and any one who has had similar problem and went to court ,kindly suggest me what to do.
