    Dear Sirs

    I am working with Hyundai Motor India Limited and owning a Honda City. I
    just want to bring to your notice the level of service and quality I
    experienced through your dealership - RING ROAD HONDA ,PEERAGARHI

    I bought the Honda city GXI model ( DL 4C AH 6411) last year in June. I
    hope you can imagine the trust I had on HONDA, that in spite of working
    with Hyundai I did not opt to purchase the Hyundai car where I was getting
    an Employee Discount of more than 10 % ( easily around 1,50,000 on a Verna)

    However, in spite of the quality claimed by your company I faced a lot of
    problems and sent complaints to get them rectified, but to no avail. And it
    is after a long waiting time and build-up of frustration that I chose to
    write this mail.

    Following is a list of issues faced in the last eleven months:

    1. Problem with Speakers

    Soon after I bought the car, the speakers of the music system started
    producing distortion whenever the volume was increased beyond 25. I
    complained about this problem to Ring Road Honda, Peeragarhi in November
    '08, then again in January'09. The problem was admitted by the staff there
    and I was told that the problem persisted as the speakers ( 80 watt) being
    used were not compatible with the Alpine music system (installed in the
    car).

    Finally, I got call from them on 9th April to get the speakers changed, as
    the JBL vendor had agreed to change it. I took a day off from work to get
    this done. But after spending 3 hrs at Ring Road Honda I was informed that
    the speakers installed in my car were of Pioneer and, therefore, JBL can't
    change them ( this is really surprising that without checking the system
    make they have called the customer). On realizing this, the service manager
    at Ring Road Honda (Mr. Ajay Sharma) suddenly changed his view and the new
    reasoning given to me was that this is the same quality being provided in
    all Honda cars and sound does get distorted after a level of 25 so, for
    changing the speakers now they need a special approval from Honda. Even if
    they are changed, the company will not guarantee the quality, see if this
    the perception and commitment they are giving to customer ,( I felt really
    helpless after spending money this what I have got)

    2. Polish of Gear Knob

    Silver color of Gear has vanished like anything within such a short span -
    the response given to this complaint was that it is a regular feature with
    all Honda cars

    3. 3-M Coating and cleaning of the car

    3 coating was promised but only one has been done till now.

    4. Paint problem - This is the case of cheating.

    Attached are the picture of paint, it seems the bumper of the car is
    repainted, I have other cars also and being in the car company I have get it
    checked also.

    5. Noise Problem
    Different parts of the car making noise, such that you can't judge where the
    problem is - the response to this complaint is that it is common with Honda
    cars used for more than 1 year

    It is really difficult to believe that a Brand, which is looked upon so much
    within as well as outside the industry, serves this level of quality and
    promptness. As a customer, it is depressing that the quality delivered is
    not able to reach the expected level even after spending a considerable
    amount of money for a "Branded" car. As a person belonging to the automobile
    industry, it is surprising as I'm able to compare it with the service levels
    of other players.

    I would not suggest anybody to buy Honda cars simply because of the service
    from the dealerships.

    Request you to look into the matter and provide a solution.

    Smile Pathetic service by RING ROAD HONDA, MOTI NAGAR, NEW DELHI

    I own a Honda Civic since Fenruary 2007.

    Due to heavy rain on Aug 26, 2009, my car stopped in a flooded road in Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi 60. I called the Emergency Helpline of Honda and they directed me to the nearest Honda service center a Moti nagar.

    I had to thereafter wait for 1 hour in the rain for the mechanic to arrive and then decide to tow the car to the service center.

    Once the car was taken to the service center, it took 1 week for the service center to provide a cost estimate. This meant several telephone calls and a few personal visits to meet their GM-Service, Service Manager etc..

    Till date (Sep 24, 2009), I do not have a commitment that the car will be delivered after repairs since there have been false assurances from everyone that the spares will arrive from Japan, Mumbai, Chennai, Greater NOIDA etc..

    Though I have committed to pay in full the cost estimate without going for an insurance claim procedure, this is the treatment I am getting from Ring Road Honda.

    What do I do in such a situation? I have enough e-mails and evidence to prove my points.

    Default complaint against ring road honda, peeragarhi

    Respected sir,
    i, Shiv kumar gupta, owner of honda city i-vtec is totally unstatisfied with the services of ring road honda peeragarhi.
    I have sent my car on service at ring road honda, peeragarhi on dec 25, 2010 with my head light working perfectly all right as it was checked by my service adviser also. When it was returned to me the next day, its headlight was not working, i immedeately called the service advisor charanjeet and told him my complaint. He asked me to sent the car again on 28th with the promise that the car would be returned with no complaints. When i got my car back, it was the same with its headlight not working. I called him again then he said me that as the lights are outfitted so the company is not responsible for the loss. I asked him that if i had sent my car with evrything perfect in it then any loss at ur workshop is ur responsibility only. He cut the call by saying sorry. I called there many times bt didnt get ny responce. I even talked to its manager of ring road peeragarhi but all in vein. finally i called honda's toll free no. n launched my complained over there 3 times, even they failed to take any action against them. I have all those complaint numbers with me. Finally i have come to you hoping my justice from you.
    i hope you will gonna take a strict action against ring road honda, peeragarhi.

    Thumbs down Poor Service at Ring Road Honda

    Hello Everyone,

    I would suggest you to get service from outside rather than Ring Road Honda. They charge like anything and give nothing back for the same worth of amount. I got my car service done recently and paid 10000 bugs but problems remains same and they don't have time to listen to complaints.

    VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

    Had Bought Honda on 28th Feb'13, took delivery on 01-03-2013 and on 02-03-2013,it was at the workshop of Ring Road Honda-Peera Garhi. The problem was EPS ( Electronic Power Staering ) not working the KM driven was 11KM. Today again with the same problem the car is the Ring Road Honda workshop and they wanted to do thorogh check once again before they give the delivery of vehicle by tomorrow. Has serious concern on Honda Qualtity, Capability of Engineer to diagnose the problem, what PDI had they done before the delivery. Writting to Socihoro Honda also about the same. Any suggestion ??
