I have brought a new Wagon R Lxi in August 10. The movement of the left front power window of the car was too slow initially and I broght it in the notice of the service centre during the first service of the car on 01.11.10. After few days the said window got completely jammed and I informed them. Accordingly I personally took the car to their service centre at Mehrauli and spet the whole day to repair the window on 21.11.10. Again after 5 days it got jammed and talked to their service Engineer Mr.Robin and he asked me to call to their service centre. Accordingly I placed the complaint they arranged the pick up on 23.12.10. Unfortunately again after 4days it again got jammed and I talked to their service manager Mr.Tarsen Singh (Mob No. 9582797769) about it. He told that he will get back to me but never turned back. Then again and and again I telephoned him and then he asked me to talk to their service dept head one lady. When I talked to her, she told me that she will enquire about it and will get back to me. Unfortunately she never called me again. So this is the kind of service the dealer is providing to their customers. The process of repairing and recurring the complaint is going on for the past three months. Such kind of temporary solutions is not at all acceptable and I cannot waste my time to repairing the car. I want a strickt and stern action on this service centre employees and a permanent solution on my problem at the earliest.
