My name is amit kumar . I submiited my nokia e-63(354329040309465) jb sheet no.433527/110103/59 in nokia care centere in vani communication in baraut. When i went to care center they told me that my phone display is blank and please u come tommorow and collect your handset. When next day i reached there they told me that we are sorry your handset are going to company for repair please collect your handset affter 15 days.but when affter 15 days i went to nokia care they told me my handset is rejected from company as warranty void.
Is it nokia service parameters ?
When u entered in nokia care the c.c.o tell us about warranty extended
this warranty extended is only for cheat the customer ?
Make money through warranty extended and affter that say buy to customer and says your handset is rejected ?
