I have a IKON 1.6nxt 2004 model. my car was running fine until i went for a service to Metro Ford located in Lingarajpuram, Bangalore. Before the service I had mentioned that few of my parts was of local make and asked them to replace it with the original parts. After a day they call me with a quote of 28K. I pay the bill get my vehicle, but the problem still did not end. The car again had problems with its Radiator fan, the fan was running at a very high speed. I immediately take my car to the service center and now the engineer says that a part is malfunctioning, i again pay for the new part and replace the old defective part. Later after 2 days again I find the fan problem is not fixed, I again go back to the service center and they say the hose broke due to pressure from the new part they fixed. Now they are not ready to accept that the problem was due to malfunctioning of the new part fixed, rather they are blaming me for not taking their break down service due to this the engine is got few problems. Nobody in Ford India is helping to take any escalation for their after sales service. Need help to drag this dealer to court for poor service.
