    Default Excess charged by Honda dealer at Bhopal

    Dear Sir,
    This is to inform you that I had taken my Car to Abhikaran Honda, Citi Automobiles, Bhopal for Servicing and Maintenance. The total cost of the job was Rs.6214 but the Dealer charged Rs.6338 saying that if the payment made by Credit Card 2% service charge will be taken I think its absolutely wrong when clearly mentioning on the Job card that Credit card are accepted.

    Requesting yourself to kindly look into the matter and take action against the dealer.

    Default Fallacious Testimony by honda dealer.

    Hello! I am Anand Katailiha. I bought Brio(E-Variant) on March 14 this year. When i bought it i was told that the car is equipped with only front speakers.
    Later i found that there were no speakers. I again contacted the Spare parts Manager in Showroom from where i bought the Car. He then checked on his computer and again replied me the same thing that there are speakers on the front two doors of the car. This information was given by his Computer.
    So, this is my Complaint. I want to know if really there are speakers integrated on the front door on E-Variant(as information given by the dealer's computer) then why it was not on my car?

    Default Unavailability of Parts

    This is to bring to your notice that Honda cars, even after having Indian facilities seems to have huge delays in procuring parts, which are also very expensive. My Honda City ivtec has been with the service centre at Ring Road Honda for two weeks and I am getting regular phone calls that the rear panel, which has been ordered to Honda on priority is not there and there is no idea when it will be there. Its a pity that in this competitive market even players like Honda with a strong Indian presence can't service its cars with parts that are simple stamped ones - made in India.

    This has pushed me to the brink of even deciding to sell of the vehicle in the interim.

    Default regarding compliant against my breakdown car no.DL1N2405

    Sir,
    It is submitted that I put my accidental car bearing registration no. DL1N-2405(commercial taxi) for repairing at Ring Road Honda, Sector-18, Gurgaon, Haryana on 06/06/2012 and attending offier Mr. Ansari and Mr. Ashu insured me that the same on road within 15 to 20 days. But, regret to say that, after reporting several time at garage, i.e., 26/6, 30/6/12, 5/7, 10/7, 17/7 and 21/07/2012 is no progress and liabilities of bank and Companies are going high day by day. I am a taxi driver and me and my family depending 04 personnel are fully depend on my income. Hence, you are requested to look into the matter in person and do needful, so that my car be on road at the earliest please.

    Hi,

    I would like to bring to your kind attention that there is a serious manufacturing defect in my Honda City manufactured in 2012. I took the vehicle on lease from Kotak on 30 June 2012 which was bought on the same day from Ring Road Honda Peeragarhi, New Delhi (BAS Engineering Pvt Ltd).
    Next day rains started, a strong smell started to come from my car.
    Another week, I found that the front passenger side floor was full of water after a rainy night.
    I had to take out all the water with the help of a sponge (almost bucket full of water) while I was ready to go to office.
    The same day, in the evening as soon as I sat in my car to come back home from office, there was water accumulated in the same place in the car.
    The car started to smell more badly.
    Whole week I had to do the exercise of draining out water from the car and getting embarrassed in front of my family and friends.
    This was really a bad experience with a one month old car.

    After some research and talking to some of my friends and Honda people, I found that there was a manufacturing defect in some cars where the water leaked from the cowl top to the floor of the car.
    Even BAS Engineering Pvt. Ltd (Peeragarghi RR Honda) has delivered many such cars to its clients but they were rectified before the delivery to the clients.
    I am surprised why my vehicle was not rectified for the manufacturing defect before the delivery of the car.

    I am very disappointed with the kind of quality compromise done by Honda which led to the extreme discomfort to their clients.

    I requested RR Honda to rectify the fault in my car at the earliest.
    After keeping the car for one week, the RR Honda told me that the problem has been rectified however again after a rainy night I found that nothing was done in my Car and tons of water entered in my car.
    Very poor service & product.

    my name is MANISH YADAV . and i was purchase a HONDA AVIATOR ( white color with disc ) . after first service i am facing probelm with my front wheel and disc breaks . and the service center staff bihave rudly and no one help me out and the service centre staff unable to solve my problem so now i am very frustate and now i want onl replacement

    Default Fooled twice by Honda...

    I feel so ashamed I made the decision to buy the Honda City last December of 2011. Manufacturing defects is all that I have got from this the car ever since I have taken the delivery. First it was Defective paint job on the new car and after a whole lot of follow up with the dealer and the company customer relations department the entire car was repainted, then the fuel tank was found to be smaller than other Honda City 09’s and after a whole lot of follow up with the dealer and the company customer relations department no solution was provided , Interior parts were found to have cosmetic defects and were replaced after follow up with the dealer, Rear glass was found to be defective and after a whole lot of follow up with the dealer and the company customer relations department the glass was replaced.
    What next…????? I seriously feel ashamed of taking this decision to buy the Honda City 09. Today I found big patches of bubbles on the paint surface on the entire driver side on both the doors. After a few days of purchase of the car when the car paint was found to be defective I had demanded to replace the car as the car was purchased as new and not as a used second hand car, and so it was not acceptable to me to keep the car with paint defect but as a fool I was convinced by the Dealer and the Company paint experts that the car will be repainted and all the defects will be taken care of.. As mentioned the Brand New Car was fully repainted under company experts guidance and observation and I was given Brand New Car fully repainted with dealer and company experts commitment that if the problem re occurs they would replace the car.
    What next?? Big Surprise.. when this new defect was informed to the dealer today, they said that they would check the car and if required they will again repaint the body!!!!!! What does Honda think of it as a company… Am I a fool to accept excuses all the time.. Not this time, I need a permanent solution.. I want a replacement.

    Respected Sir/Ma'am,

    Firstly i would like to apologise for the subject title, but I am sorry as nothing else felt more apt for this scenario.

    I would like to start by asking you a question, with regard to what I am about to bring to your attention below.

    Is the Deccan Honda dealership in Pune City a cheat and a crook? or does the whole honda car enterprise in India generally operate like this??

    Sometime around the 23-24th of September 2012, I booked a Honda Jazz car through your Deccan Honda Dealership in Pune City. For your information we already have about 6 Honda cars in the family. 2 Civics, 2 Citys, 2 jazzes already
    I paid the Full amount of the car via a cheque payment.
    I was informed in a day that a Red honda Jazz is available immediately.
    Even though my choice of colour was urban titanium I readily agreed to it as they said that it was readily available.
    Now it gets interesting..!!
    Coincidentally Honda India happened to announce 2 days later in the times of india that the prices of their entire range would increase from 1st of october by about 2.6%
    Even then I wasn't bothered as I had paid the Full amount of about 7.6 Lakhs well in advance for the top end Honda Jazz "X".

    A day after this news was announced, I get a call from Deccan Honda mentioning that the car is no more available as the owner of the dealership wants to give it to his personal friend who also happens to wan the car..!!! , This just proves how much Deccan Honda and Honda cars as a company cares about their customers, and how they provide preferential treatment even thought the customer has paid the amount for the car in FULL.

    After this a sales executive from Deccan Honda came to my office the next day to return my cheque saying that i should cancel the cheque and just pay the refundable booking amount of 10,000Rs/-..!!! is this acceptable to Honda Cars..?!? is this the level of professionalism you bring to the table.

    This really got me angry, but nevertheless i took the cheque back and gave them the booking amount, which invariably means that even though i had paid the full amount before the price hike i was forced to pay the full amount after the price hike, with an increase in price of the honda jazz by 15,000..!! Just so that the Dealer/Company could cheat me into paying more for their own greed..!! is this a "milk the cow session" going on over here..!??! is this how you treat your customers..is this how you think of them, like a fat cow that should be milked till its got nothing more to give...well it sure seems that way..!!!

    Just to check up on them, and if they were truthful, i went to the showroom again yesterday, and NOT to my surprise the red jazz that was promised to me instead of the urban titanium was still there (and i know it was the same one,as i had noted down and taken a picture of the serial number on the steel plate which is located under the passenger seat door), so basically there was no reason to hold my order up apart from forcing me to pay 15,000 rs more.!!!

    And even now they refuse to give me a Honda Jazz or confirm with the company as to the arrival of the new stock...giving me vague answers various times such as 1week/1month/3months or even up to 6 months once..!!!

    Well i think I've have had enough, But I'm not going to take this lightly...I

    I will be sending all this information to the Times of India/ Pune Mirror/ Indian Express and Pune news line unless some swift and strict action is taken with regard to Deccan Honda

    i own a honda civic - 1.8 vmt, 2009 model, delivery in 2010 jan, 11000 - 12000 kms, last service at capital honda i was told that my engine bed and suspension is weak, approx cost of 14000rs ..its redicules and i do not understand??
    i told them that if this is the quality for a 2 yr old vehicle i would not want to repair it but to address it to you.
    i was told to speak to the suspension guys seperately munjal showa india

    Default Sub-Standard Ignition key problem

    Good day Mr Hironori Kanayama,

    I bought my Honda city in Nov.2007,& have been suffering from the central car locking system ever since.Twice I sent the car

    to have the same repaired,& Pinnacle Honda has been telling me that they are doing temporary repairs,& we have to change the whole locking system.Today I could not insert my ignition/locking key into the ingnition,& when I informed Pinnacle Honda breakdown division in Kolkata,they informed me that I would have to pay Rs 560/-as vehicle breakdown.One rep.of theirs named Mr Mohanty came down &
    opened the ignition,& I could start the car thereafter.He however told me that the ignition has to be changed & a/with it the dickey door & the front two doors,which will cost Rs 9,450/-The most unfortunate part of this high expenditure is that after paying so much money,one gets a warranty for only 6 months on the repairs(That is what Pinnacle Honda tells me)
    I would like to get a confirmation on the above,because if it is true,& all Honda is doing is making cheap money/profit on my purchase,I will sell this car,& never ever purchase a Honda car again.

    I bought a city 2years ago nd as my running is low so I prefer les to send it services af I hv send my car for lock changing too nd nw there is a problem in my cars steering column but they r nt covering it under warranty nd there service head mr neeraj is telling u can do whatever u can we r not afraid off any consumer courts we will see u in court.he challenged me inspire of my requests to solve dis dispute without going to the consumer court but his arrogant behaviour forced me to file complaint against Lilly automobiles courtesy Honda wasirpur Delhi so plzzz I want justice so concerned authorities plzz look forward

    Default A defected car supply by company

    I had bought a Premier Rio Lx +, in month of July - 2012, after driving the 2500 km there are so many problem arises like key less entry is not working, heating of car is more, ABS is not working, Head lamp automatically deam and full, humming sound inside the car is more, Wheel alignment is changed every 500 km drive, armature belt is broken during running so power steering and break is not working properly, ac is not working, and so many problem is arises during this 8 month i drive only 24000 km car in which two time company take back car at pune and 7 time for its workshop in Rajakot so overall more than 6000 to 7000 km driven by company and more than 4 month is in workshop. but still they are not taking back car and not give money but still they take car for repairing and doing so many experiment on car. so if you can give me a judgement for this then i am very much thankful to you.

    Dear sir,
    My Honda -JAZZ-X bearing reg no KA05ML5164 car door front right got damaged and not closing so I have given it for report with my dealer MAGNUM HONDA,Kanakapura road,Bangalore,Karnataka on 41312013.So far no work done due to non availability of spares from Honda company from Noida according to my dealer.I have complained and given details to customer care number on Saturday 16th, and today sent Fax also.
    I am specialist doctor in anesthesia and its 15 days I left car for repair.I request you to help in this regard.I donor know whom to believe I have contacted my car dealer company manager,body repair manager.Please help.Honda should not letdown customers like this.

    Default Service Compliant - Courtesy Honda

    Dear Sir,
    This is to bring to your notice that I have given my Honda City (RJ 14 CK 1393) for repair on 28th Feb’2013, the day I meet with an accident. At that time it was told to me that within 20 to 25 days I will get my car, but because of non availability of parts with Courtesy Honda, Wazirpur (Delhi) I have not got my car till date (7th April’2013). I bought Honda because I have thought; service levels are much higher than other manufacturer’s.
    From last one month I have been using cab for my office purpose and paying Rs. 1200/- per day. My only worry is I do not know for how many more days I have to spend this money.
    I’m sure Honda service levels are the worst till date among all the manufactures I have used. I can only hope that it will be an eye opener for the Honda and no other customer will be harassed the way I’m. I would appreciate if Honda can ensure that all their dealers have minimum stock levels of all the parts and TAT for all kind of repairs.
    I would be OBLIGED if you can give me a date by when my car will be ready. I’m a middle class person and will not able to pay Rs. 1200/- per day for ever.
    Hoping for an early response from your end and also the refund to me ....Else the last option left with me is media
