    Default Complaint Against Tata Motors Passenger Car BR06P6558

    I have sent several complaints in the past in respect of the aforementioned vehicle and other issues confronting me but your company has refused to take note of the same. The complaint history is long and needs no elaboration and I will soon be forced to sue your company and your people for damages for the contnued failure to resolve my issues and the continued harrassment suffered by me and my family on account of your neglect.

    You are advised to check the history of complaints with respect to the Sumo Grande BR06P6558 filed by me by telephone or email to your regional and centarl office over the last 2.5 years. The aforementioned vehicle has been rendered useless and immovable, thanks to your so called quality care.

    As of now, the aforementioned vehicle has broken down and has become immobile thanks to your horrible post sales service and refusal to rectify the pending issues, despite the vehilce being in warranty.

    There are other issues regarding purchase of a Tata Nano (UIN 113302093 in the name of my father Dr. Brajendra Singh) as well in which you have charged me the raised prices and refused to pay me the interest on my deposit from November 2009 till July 2010.

    Plus in December 2008 you indulged into a fraudulent marketing gimmick of free gifts which was never honoured in which I was lured into buying a Sumo Grande GX in the name of my mother.

    I had sought remedy for the Sumo grande and refrained from filing a legal complaint against you but you have not heeded to the same.
    I am afraid this will be my last communication to you before I sue you for severe damages for your malpractices and harrassment.

    Please call me up to resolve the issue and send me a written reply through email as well.

    Sir

    The problems faced by me in the aforementioned vehicle needs no elaboratiohe entire sequence of events except for the fact that it has never been a pleasant exercise for me all the while. Some of the issues remain unresolved, especially relating to power, AC, Music System, gear Shifting, Suspension noise and the internal panels on the front and rear doors and water seepage.

    It has been so mentally draining for me that I have virtually stopped using the vehicle as it feels to me no more comfortable than an ordinary bus. It also seems that people at yashraj motors have a tendency to apply make shift (JUGAAD) technology in resolving the issues. The problems continue to persist.

    Soon the warranty of the vehicle also will end. I am apprehensive that my vehicle will not give me trouble free ride ever in future. In view of this, I had requested you earlier as well to extend the comprehensive warranty of this vehicle for two more years, and allow me to avail the extended warranty after that; thereby meaning that any non accidental defects to be repaired and replaced free of cost.

    I do believe that it will be an exercise in the interest of Tata Motors. Plus I would also request that the outstanding issues be resolved in the meantime.

    I have faced grave mental agony on account of this and I hope Tata motors will consider my very genuine request and avoid further inconvenience to me

    Angry complaint against tata motors

    dear sir ,
    we have posted a complaint twice to tata motors through online complaint section .Both the times after posting the complaints they had not given us the complaint number or any kind of feedback .please sir give some suggestions...

    Default Complaint for Tata Indica Zeta Dl 4C NA 1458

    I have a Tata Indica Zeta No. DL 4C NA 1458 fitted with CNG, Since it has been fitted with CNG (Company authorized), I am facing problems with running of the car, either it stops or give jerks. I had been complaining for same off and on and had been advised to visit service center Auto links at Rama Road, New Delhi 110015. and i had been doing it regularly, however despite my number of visits and their best efforts, the complaint still persists. This not only tkes all the pleasure of driving, it also make me and the vehicle vulnerable to accidents on busy Delhi.

    I will also like to bring to your notice that though the vehicle has done around 30,000 Kms, a number of parts ave been changed already. My worry is that if this is going to be the on going feature, i don't think it will be possible to maintain this car once it is out of extended warranty period.

    I will like to request you thru this communication to help me in getting my vehicle bought to pleasurable running condition and extend the warranty keeping all the hardships i had gone/going through.
