    Question Misconduct by sales executive

    I have booked a Car (I-10, sportz) from sales executive, Sh. Neeraj Kumar Verma, of Oberai Hyundai, Dehradun in March 2011. Sh. Verma promissed me to provide the car for Rs.4.32lac. But after many promisses he has not been providing the car to me yet and misconduct with me and not refund my booking amount. Please take the necessary action against him and confirm me on my e-mail atul.k_jain@sbi.co.in. An application in this regard already sent to Oberai Hyundai in September 2011 but no reply of action sent to me till date.

    This is to bring to your kind notice regarding the Car (Hyundai Accent) which I bought from Hans Hyundai Delhi (Moti Nagar).



    I am facing several issues with the car in related to Air Conditioner ,paint is pealing out and rust is on all over the trunk. I bought the car in November 2010, its been less than a year and I logged not less than 4 complaints online and one complaint to the customer care and visited Hans Service Centre for no less than 4 times for the same issue.



    The employees of Hans Service Centre never tries to take care of the issue seriously, I requested them several times to work on the issues with the car as I cannot visit the service centre everyday and Hyundai is one of the TOP MOST brands in India, still we are getting no or poor response from the senior employees. They suggested me that they will get the rust work done without the Job Card.



    It seems that they are trying to do illegal things within the highly professional industry.



    I need to get the work done ASAP as it gives me mental torture and wastage of time and money.



    This is an official complaint for the Car as the car is not working as it has to. The Air Conditioner is pathetic.



    This is a request to contact me ASAP and I am not satifiesd with services of Hans.

    Finally today recieved a call ,but i am still shocked and surprised that despite my mailers and reminders i requested you to put my concern to other Hyundai Distrbutor except Hans but today again i recieved the call from Hans.

    Hereby i personally feel that as a customer of your company i am really helpless and have to listen hans officals i.e. to take car again and will arrange the paint for the rusting.

    I am sorry to say but i feel that the senior officails of Hyundai should revert on the mails/issue which are addressed by the customer and help them to redress the problem and providing best servies to clients.

    Lastly i would like to bring into your notice that if you are unable to provide me alternate solution(except Hans) which i had requested several times to you but not able to provide appropiate reply.I will be waiting for written communication from you latest by 10 Nov 11 otherwise i have to knock the Consumer court forum for the same.

    I have a I10 model 2010 car.I buy this car on 10 jan,2011.This car is very good but i am facing problem with the suspension of my car and i have sent my car many times to your service station but they are not repairing the suspension properly.I hope you will listen my complaint.

    Thumbs down Complain against Hyundai accent car sevice station

    Sir,
    My Hyundai accent car model 2006 was given for sevice and needful repares at Hyundai sevice station, Pontasahab Road, Yamuna Naga, Haryana, India. I have so far paid Rs.53000.00 (Fifty Three Thousands) The Car war ensured (Comprihensive). They got my signatures of blank ensurance forms and other papers. But the car which traveled from Yamuna Nagar to jaipur, Sikar, Ajmer, Pilani without giving any problem needed some minar repare even before proceeding to Jaipur. They have not given any details either of the payments by the ensurence company nor the payment reciepts (two) with details of cost-wise part numbers as per your custum.
    Sir I have serious complaint against the agency and humbly request for your help and support to an old man like me who is engaged as Director in Shekhawati Group of Institutions, Sikar, and the car is being used by my child at Yamuna Nagar.
    The car was at the guarage from 1st. November 2011 till 7th. December 2011. with hardly any work carried out in it.
    My child got it on 7th or 8th. with following defects remaining.
    1. The car did not start in the morning.
    2. The drum on which the wheel was tighten was loose, screw was tightened outside for which Rs.200.00 was to be paid the same evening.
    3. The whweel caught fire, passerbys poured water on it and cooled it.
    4. Rubbing and polishing was not done at all and it was handedover as it is.
    Sir it will be a long list, how long can I continue writing.
    I very humbly request you to pay a surprised check and check it yourself, the work carried out and the parts changed if any. They are too good in talking but not the same workwise.
    Sorry to give you trouble. You may pay a visit at sikar if possible. Best would be if you or your team visits Yamuna Nagar itself and find the truth. THE CAR IS STLL THERE IN THE GUARAGE.

    Default BAD/POOR SERVICE mgf HYUNDAI

    Dear sir

    This mail is complaint against MGF service station Rama road , on Wednesday 7 DEC , i serviced my Hyundai santro DL2CAM 5142 , it was the wrost experience in my life , i was take half day from my compney for service my car i reached at 10:00 clock at MGF ramaroad new delhi , then i open job card at 10:19 am , Mr ravinder Service adviser attends me i asked about approx service time he tell me approx 3 hrs , so i wait there after 3 hrs i asked for my car there is no response from there side , after that so many follow up there is no responce from their side , then i decide to complaint at customer care , i called at customer care and give brief decription regarding the service customer care executive talk with reception lady he says sir service adviser in not in service station ,when he come back i give the status of car . after fighting with so many problem i got my car at 4:20 pm , car is in very dirty condition not properly clean & one scratch at back side bumper, i gone to washing area and asked to car washing man why my car is not properly clean , he said sir shampoo is not in stock and those shampoo we are using is local compney for this problem we already complaint to Gernal manager sir.

    I am using first time Hyundai car , before that i am using Maruti product (Wagon- R & swift dezire ) there service is very good , he understand what is customer,maruti car service time with in 3 hrs , its my very big mistake i buy the Hyundai car those not knows value of customer satisfaction , value of customer time , value of customer.


    Due to the above problem i was take full day leave instead of half day, and i fill service feedback form on the basic of my service , then customer advisor says " jo kerna hai karo hume koi farak nahi pedta"


    so please tell me " agar aapko koi farak nahi pedta to " reply me i will never buy any HYUNDAI product and never suggest to any one to buy the HYUNDAI product , Product is good but service is very bad...


    this is wrost experience in my life.........

    Default Worst service and rude Hyundai staff.

    To whom so ever it may concern

    Hi,
    This is Yogesh from India and my dad owns a red I20 diesel version purchased in 2010 in DSC Hyundai Chennai.
    1. They delayed the vehicle delivery for a very long time (Executive Name: Vasu, DSC Saidapet).
    2. Every time when we enquired, they gave me some lame answers and sometimes they asked us to come and take the car. But when we arrive there, again they say that the vehicle is not yet here blah blah blah. They kept doing this for months. They cheated in few other things which I don’t want to mention. Even after all the inconvenience, the sales executive asked me to give full points and we did so.
    3. Since the purchase, we have serviced with same dealer DSC Hyundai in Porur. Last year when the car had crash, I took it to the same centre. I paid them the full amount but when I looked at the paint job, it was so ugly and unprofessional. Visible paint spills, sand stuck on the paint, finger prints, paper marks and plenty of visible lines. I was leaving to Singapore and when the customer service rep called me, I gave her my complaint and asked her to follow up with my dad on this issue. But no one did.
    4. When I came back to India, I had air con complaint and gave the vehicle to DSC and mentioned them about the paint job. They promised me to redo that. From that day, they have asked me to bring the vehicle several times and I had to allot time even with my very busy schedule. But when I reach there, they don’t repaint it but just do a wax polish.
    5. Later Mr Jayaram from DSC was in contact with me and asked me to bring the car after pongal holidays and I confirmed on the day with him to com. When I went to the service centre, I was turned back by the body shop manager Mr. Jagadheesh saying that the equipment is out of order. They should not have asked me to come at the first place. When I asked him to quote a price for a small paint job which is not even 2 inches, he said it will cost more than INR3500. I do own a Suzuki and they do a perfect paint job with affordable price. Ok, I will pay but will the job be worthy? He said that DSC executives sometimes, get less money and do a low quality job. So if I pay more, I will get a high quality job. Is this a brand? Is there some low quality and high quality work by Hyundai. Mr Jagadheesh, openly said that if I pay more, I will get high quality job. I have paid them lots of money but is the job good?
    6. When I asked him about the old paint job which has to be redone, he turned back and went inside the office. I was waiting for Mr Jagadheesh outside near my car under the heavy sun but even after noticing me, he never came back.
    7. I called the customer service this time and placed the complaint telling them the whole story. They kept in touch the next day and I told them that I don’t want to continue with DSC. But in spite of telling them, they asked DSC to contact me. These guys called me again and forced me to give my car to them for the repaint work. Mr Jayaram came to my house on 30/01/2012 and got my car. He said that he will redo the old paint job perfectly this time and also new paint job which cost not exceeding INR 1500 which on the front bumper.
    8. Today they called me saying that the car is ready and I have to pay INR2000 which is different from what Mr Jagadheesh quoted. I went to the centre and when I saw the old paint job, it was not redone but polished again. When I asked the executive, he lied to me saying that they have repainted but actually not. All the marks are still there and not a bit change. When I looked at the bumper area which was painted yesterday, I was upset because it was the worst case like the rear paint job. But I paid them everything but the quality of job is ZERO. When I questioned the executive, he stood still. He was not ready to give me a solution and none of the other works I asked them to do was done. I called the customer care again and asked any higher officials Email so that I can send this mail but they were not ready to help me.
    Why should I buy a brand which has worst service. Hyundai should understand not just sales performance is good but the company should seriously concentrate on what’s happening after that. Every time they force us to give them 10 points and we do so. Today I refused to fill the feedback form. We bought this car only because it has wide service network in India after Maruti Suzuki. But with this service, how can I trust Hyundai and ride my car???? How can I recommend this brand? How can I have a safe ride? Should I waste my time with such unnecessary things???? Should I waste money even after I know that I am cheated?
    Yes, I swear that my next car or any of my relatives and friend car will not be a Hyundai when there are several other better brands in India to choose. My advice to Hyundai is to look into such issues and make this a better brand. Not just your marketing strategies will help to sell Hyundai cars but customers are very important.
    I request the person to provide me the top official (Regional director, Head etc) email so that at least they can take care of this. Just think why I should waste my time by typing this mail if nothing is taken care. If this long complaint mail is ignored after reading, I am so sorry but Hyundai is not a worthy and trustable brand.
    Lousy work again by DSC Hyundai. How can I trust this dealer and this brand if they are only interested in filling their cash counter but not doing a good job even after repeated complaints? They ignored my previous compliant and tried to cheat me by say that they have repainted that part which I have complained for a long time. But they just polished and gave it with the same condition. A new paint job for which I paid today was a kid’s work. I had enough with DSC and they are not ready to fix their mistake. Very rude indeed. Is there anyone to look into this? What should I do now?

    After this issue, i went to Qatar and now staying here. I cannot keep running behind Hyundai asking them to do it. What should I do now?

    We had filed the complaint on 17th April'2012 whose Acknowledgement Number is 1-101707779, But this is very sorry to say after that there is no follow Ups from your side.

    We are very much dissatisfied with the Hyundai Service as there is no solutions ever being provided since we have purchased the car 2 and a half years back. The Car is going for the same sort of problems since we have purchased but the problem was not sorted and when the car is gone out of warranty then the local service center has been started saying that the car will get ok on chargeable basis.

    I Have I20 Asta and the Problem which we are facing since purchase is in Engine & Suspension and the car has been booked for the same problem several times but the problem was not sorted out properly and the problem keeps on coming in certain intervals.

    Currently the Problem is in Car Pick up which had been coming since 15th March'2012 for which we had sent the car for service where they just done the Engine Tunning and plugs cleaning but the same problem came again on 1st April'12 and again we sent the Car to Service Center on 2nd April'12 this time they changed the Spark Plugs and the lead and on both occasion they charge good amount but again the same problem came after 5 days and this time we filed a complaint in Hyundai Complaint Center and sent the car to Service Center and finally this time the Service Center said that there is a Problem in Engine Compression and the Engine will be overhauled on Chargeable basis. The thing which really shocked me that first of all there is no follow ups from company side that whether the complaint has been solved or not and secondly the Quality of Service Engineers in Service Center who are unable to trace the actual problem.


    I just want that my Car gets OK without any charges as there is not mine fault if i have booked the car for the same problem on numerous ocassions even during warranty period.

    Kindly provide the solution for the same.

    Unhappy exchange bonus not recieved

    i have purchased a i10 two years ago n exchanged my matiz vechicle to them and they had told me that i wil recieve my exchange bonus in 3months but now its 2years past and now they r saying that i will not get the bonus the car is in the name of "STEEL MEN"
