    Dear Sir,
    I have booked i20 car with KETAN MOTORS LIMITED 34/1 & 53 Kachi-met Amravati Road NAGPUR-440023. Their email is ketan@jaika.com. Booking Date is 23.09.2010. Receipt No is RTC 10091274. My Customer No. is DAJ0212. At the time of booking I was assured that I will get delivery in 6weeks maximum. Now I am following up through mail and phone but KETAN MOTORS LIMITED is not responding. Having no alternative I am writing to you. Kindly help me in this matter.

    Default Complaint against hundai motors

    I Dr P.N.Tejankar purchased ‘Hundai I10’ car from ‘Harsh Hundai’ in the month of June 2010 .I had my first servicing done at Ujjain but I was not satisfied so for the second service I sent my car at Harsh Hundai Indore on 24/11/10 with following complaints,
    (1) My car was giving the average of only 11 to 12 km per liter so I asked them to improve the mileage of the car.
    (2) Its power steering was very hard.
    (3) The car was dragging towards left side so referred for wheel alignment and balancing.
    (4) There was a sound in the left front door as well on the back door.

    But after servicing when I received the car, I took the trial and driving it till today 4/12/10, and found that none of the problems were being solved, when I called Harsh Hundai office at 1:00 pm at tel no 0731-2530353, madam Vinita attended my call and she asked me to contact service centre tel no:0731-4088517 and there madam Pratiksha attended my call and when I told her about my problem, then she directed me to talk to Mr Suresh Dharm who was the service incharge, I talk him about my unsolved complaints , (i.e. regarding wheel alignment and balancing) then he advised me to get it done from outside ,and when I asked why from outside, then he replied that their machines are not in working conditions , and for other problems he told me to bring the car again at Indore .
    Sir, kindly suggest me what I will do to solve my problems and give me the answers of following questions.
    (1) Since the car is in warranty period , so why proper servicing was not done by your service centre?
    (2) Please explain what type of service being done by your workers without solving the given problems ?
    (3) How can your employee suggest me to get the service done from outside even in warranty period ?\
    (4) If you don’t have machines in working conditions ,why you are befooling your innocent customers regarding warranty.?
    (5) If you can not provide your services after sales even in warranty period ,why should I not fire complain against you in consumer forum?
    (6) Being a busy Dr, is it possible for me to go again $ again to Indore for just servicing leaving my busy schedule ?
    (7) Who will bear the expense of taking the car to Indore again and again?
    Sir here I am suggesting you to solve my given problems to the earliest, otherwise I will be forced to take some aggressive actions against you and even I will not hesitate to go in consumer court for my problems to get it solved.

    I am Joykutty George, working as Branch Manager of State Bank Of Travancore , Teekoy Branch in Kottayam District, Kerala India

    I was proudly using a Hyunadai Santro Xing XO car with reg No KL 5 X 3177 since 31/12/2006 purchased through your Dealer M/s Popular Hyundai, Kottayam. Thar car met with a mechanical complaint and the car was taken for repair before 15 days.

    Now it is very sad to inform you that then proud has gone because of the poor support/service from your dealer/ Company.

    i am daily using the car to reach my office and it create much inconvenience to me.

    I had a plan to upgrade the car with i10 or i20 of Hyundai Motors itself, but now I have to think about that.

    IT IS INFORMED BY THE MECHANICAL WING OF THE POPULAR AT KOTTAYAM THAT THE CLUCH OF SANTRO SERIES OF VEHICLE ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE OUTLET ALL OVER INDIA. THEY ARE NOT EVEN AWARE TO SAY WHEN IT AVAILABLE. IT VERY PATHETIC AND REGRETTABLE

    HOW CAN WE USE A CAR WITHOUT CLUTCH?

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased I20 magna model from hundai showroom based at mahanager Lucknow. it also consists of service center as well. the problem is that the DEFOGGER that came with the car was factory fitted and was not working and its switch was alright . I made several complaints to the mahanager service center but no action was taken and they always referred me to the chinhut service center but no body was able to resplve my problem.
    another problem which i am facing is that your staff at chinhut service center does not anything about how to repair a car. they have committed a blunder , there was suspension problem with my car 120 and what chinhut guys did they TIGHTENED the STEERING of the car so hard that it has now been converted to a manual steering from power steering. in which ever direction we turn the steering of our car it sticks to that direction and dosent turn back easily due to which there is always a fear of accident.I have complained for this many times but no action is taken. I am very very very dissatisfied with the type of service i am getting from HUNDAI LUCKNOW .
    My car is just 11 months old and please to take some instant action to get my problems solved other wise i have to make complaint to other higher authorities as well as CONSUMER FORUM.

    Default Non receipt of corporate discount

    I purchased hyundai i10 magna (chasis no.-406763) on 27.09.2009 from DPG HYUNDAI, PATIALA. I am working in State Bank of Patiala, Head Office, Patiala (Punjab). At that time, corporate discount was Rs. 6000/ (Six thousand only). I was promised that cheque will come in your name from the company within six months. However, I have not received cheque for corporate discount yet.

    When I contact the dealer DPG, PATIALA. The dealer says we have not received the cheque from the company. Ivisited the dealer personally but they didn’t respond positively. This is my sixth mail to the company and the matter has not been solved.

    Default Complaint against deep hyundai peragarhi delhi

    Hi , Karan Chopra this side i am having I20 no. DL 4 CAJ 7575 purchased In June 2009 . i always do all my service from Deep hyundai my last service was done on 1April my complaint was AVERAGE LOW , LEFT SIDE POLING , SHOCKER COMPLAINT AND SOME MORE and i had paid Rs 6500 for paid service . when i got the car first the car headlight was not working , Average goen so much down that it comes to 6 per LT then there is problem of left side pulling LAST but not the least the fuel meter was stucked in the center and the fuel get empty but the meter is showing haLF tank petrol ,, i brought the car in the showroom for the complaint next day ,, they didn't repair the head light i beer the cost of 1000 rs the supervisor told me that there is a water in the head light ,, then they checked the meter they said we had done now there will be now problem .. From that day the fuel meter does not goen doen . I am going continously to the showroom every monday regarding the problem .. I spend half of my holiday in the service centre for the problem they always say that we had done but the problem is not getting ok . Last night ( 22 may ) i was coming with my family from a marriage again the petrol meter get stucked in centre i had feel the tank full car had ran only 230 km and the petrol again get finished.I was standing on road at 2 am. On any where i had to go i had to keep 5 ltr petrol in car so that i can reach the destination

    PLEASE DO SOMTHING REGARDING THIS . THEY ARE NOT LISTING TO THE PROBLEM . I AM GOING CONTI. TO THEM EVER MONDAY

    Default After 3 momth donot find fault of new car

    I buy new hyundai verna on 10-07-2010CAR NO. IS UP42Q6077.. On 11-03-2011 my verna had shut down. In that time i send my car to hyundai workshop at mathura.they told me that there is some falt is in pump,it will take1 week to repair .Ilive in faizabad so i left my car in mathura hyundai and i book a taxi and i came back to my city .after one week when i asked them for my car then they told meit will take more time after many calls they told me on 22-04-2011(1month& 11days) that my car is ready so i send my driver there. there they take rs.10000 and deliverd the car. after running 7km.my car again shut down then i call them and then they repair it again and said now it is ok but after running 5km. my car again shut down.and then they said we can not understand the problem so we are sending your car to hyundai moter plaza delhi. from 24-04-2011 my car is standing there and till today 28-05-2011 they do not find the fault of my car.Ialso large acomplaint on 03-05-2011 comlaint idno.is 1-43541690 .after many calls there isno response. from then i hired a taxi and ialready pay approx1.25 lac to the taxi fare. PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

    Respected Sir / Madam,
    I, Mukul Agarwalla, Have booked my Hyundai Verna Fluidic on the 11th of may, 2011 with a cheque as an advance of Rs 1,00,000 for the booking of the car, and was confirmed by Mr. Amit Chatterjee of Rudra Hyundai, Asansol on last week of May on 26th May.
    The further balance amount of Rs 1,70,494/- was paid on 28th May and also the Bank Loan amount was sanctioned, as it was asked to me for the car being delivered to me on 31st of May. But, I am not seeking any delivery options of the car yet. I have been wasting my time calling up to the Rudra Hyundai since past two days and I have been informed that it may delayed till 20th of June.
    Moreover, it has been noticed by me that customers booking the car after me are getting the delivery far before me. This hints me to some kind of fishy business of either of the company or of the dealer, being specific Black Marketing.
    I, being an old customer since past 8 years having a Santro Xing and also had a Accent Viva . This is highly humiliating for us that Hyundai is doing such mistreating to us. The act of yours have highly pissed me off and I have been complaining to the company since past booking. I have been interacting with Mr. Amit Chatterjee of Rudra Hyundai from the beginning and then backed by Mr. Maheshwari Basu.
    So, I am very disappointed with ths bad service of Rudra Hyundai, Asansol and I am looking forward to cancel my booking of Verna. Alongwith, I will ask Mr. Sandeep Agarwalla and Abhishek Agarwalla, they being my close relatives, to cancel their bookings too from Rudra Hyundai, Asansol for the same reason as stated above.

    Default santro roof colour is not OK

    sir, i have santro car MP16 C 5114 purchased on 08.10.11 from Harshali Huyandi Sagar MP through its Chhatarpur branch. after purchase i noticed some colour problem on top roof of car . it is about an area 1.5 ft x 1.5 ft.for which i complaint online acknowledge no.1-43115503/14.04.11. I personally went at Harshali agency Sagar with my car on 05.06.11.they have given me job card showing colour problem on roof.they requested me to bring car for three days at sagar to colour the whole roof.But i am residing at chhatarpur and doing job in BSNL as JTO.it is not possible for me to go there.since it is manufacturing defect, so i request to do needful to solve my problem.

    Default complaint against laxmi hyundai in hyd

    i gave my accidental car ie verna in laxmi hyundai a week ago n the work was done but its so horrible tat in a was they have just spoilt my car.... the bonnet tat was nt efffected at all needs additional efforts to close ..... every now n then there is a problem in the car near the effevted area.... i had a amplifier fitted in the car n all its wireing was messed up when i toook the delivery.... all in all a worst experience giving them.......

    Default disappointed by hyundia and kc hyundia srinagar. i have been cheated and i m in pain.

    on the first of oct i got new verna sx disel. after 2 days of delivery clutch started to make noise i reported the problem to dealer and they asked me to get to showroom to get its clutch a little oiled. they did something but only to increase the noise. i complained again then they again had a look and informed me that clutch paddle needs to be changed.it shocked me bt some how i agreed . they ordered it n after almost 10 days they called me to bring the car to service centre. they even now changed clutch paddle but after driving 10 kms i realised that there is something wrong with clutch. ultimately clutch broke down leaving me in the heart of highway with tears n pain. one of the engineers told me there was already some problem with the car instead of rectifying it completely they used some tricky method to set car runing but ultimately it failed again. car to this date is only 25 days old and it already spend 7 days in workshop. i hate it now hate hyundia as well . i dnt want this car now. i want my money refunded. cant take a defective car for 10 lacks which i have saved in around 4 years. please help me.

    Default delay and misguiding

    dear sirs,i am from varanasi i gave my i20 car no.u.p.65 P3545 in your krishna hundai workhop the reason was told to me by your workshop that my car's engine needs overhowling in tht i got agree on it.after 6to 7 days when i enuired about my car the manager told me we dont have spares of engine we are manageing it very soon and it could take 5 to 6 days more i had no options other than to agree on this.after this again the manager comitted me to give delievery near about diwali but they couldent do that also.your workshop is upto 5ks. from my home its very hectic to come again and again its really very tiring to come.now i had started telling everyone whome i met that dont opt for hundai cars it has very poor service.if my car's work will not finish in time i have to go to the consumer forum court in this matter.
