complaint againset Videocon D2H Services. I bought a product of Videocon in last July.
Everything was fine till 22nd June, my product got hanged.
I have called more then 5 times to customer care center, evry time they assuered me that the engenieer will come to my native place & they will take care of my product, I have all the five complaint numeres & servies request numbers.
However the engineer never visited to my home & i am just waisting my recharge from last 18 days.
PLease help me out.

Recharge Vouchers are not available by last 40 days Dear Sir
My TV is out of show only because of I am unable to recharge my D2H package in abscence to recharge coups at Malpura (Distt. Tonk, Rajasthan) with your Dealer. Kindly give attention. It is a small place and other recharge mode are not in operation.

VIDEOCON d2H COMPLAINS Videocon D2H service is fine, Quality is Fine till when they run good , whenever it hang or disturb you will be mad
about this product. There call centre people always says " Aapki asuvidha ke liye maafi chahte hai". But aap kab tak inhe MAAF karte rahenge. I fade-up now , How will help me or who will punish them.

d2h set not working for 6 days , made complaint but no responce sir
we made complaint to videocond2h customer care for about 6-7 times but we didn't get any responce from them till date. they always give new compalint no. and say within 24 hrs they will send engineer to our place. none has come up yet.

Regading fake issuance of product on my ID. Heelo
I am siddhu kumar from Baddi(H.P).My customer id is 22736005.I have a problem from last 7 days.I have recherged with Rs.250 on dated 9 feb 2011.after 10 days my balance was Rs.-131.When i call in customer care then he told me that new installation charge was deducted.While i canot apply for any new product.Because my product was running from last 7 months.I need ahelp or i case in consumer court.please help me because i have no solution till now.My registered no. 9736313242.No message sent by co\ustomer care.only come message when recharge needed in my account.

DD Kashir transmission. I have recently purchased Videocon D2h equipment but because of not availability of DD kashir on their channel transmission list has put me to lot of anguish and anxity as I am being ignored information/news about my state. As it is mandatory on all service provider of D2h, to transmit all DD channels. It is requested that Videocon D2h may please be directed to start the service immediately.

recharge missed out for my customer id 29767580 I bought a product of Videocon in last Dec'2010.
Everything was fine till 21st aprail, after that my product was stop wornking.
so many follow up with customer care, my connection hass been started but my recharge balance which was recharged on 26 april'2011 missed out from your system. customer care guy many more time take a complaints about the error done at your side, but they still not resolve the problem. I am so upset of your services. your customer care guys are useless. Due to this error, i a am not able to give a request of packege downgrade.
Videocon costmer care service is third class
pls help me out to resolve the same....take a call with your customer care guys & resolve my problem as soosn as possible.

i have recharged of rupees 1600 on 4/6/2011 in which i have suggested new gold sports package with music for 6 months of rupees 1400 and rupees 200 extra for ten cricket , though i am not getting the service from videocon d2h . i have recharged for 6 months on 4/6/2011 so on which date my account will expire with 15 days free period offer today. please resume service as soon as possible .

Philips LED with Videocan D2H Hi,
I bought Philips LED 32 inch & got videocon D2h free for this with 3 months subscription & i was told that need to pay just 500rs for installation, but once installation is done, they din provide any receipt for 500rs more over with two weeks it got disconnected.,,.the customer care ppl told that i have been charged for extra cable for installation which they dint mention before & adding to this they told only 1 month free subscription is available for this scheme.,.This is totally unacceptable.,.is there any way to slove all this & get 3 months free subscription.
