    in My Name B.S.INGLE ,Flat no.03 A-Wing Rajdeep CHS Sector -4 Airoli, NAVI MUMBAI but THe work order no 4601073 COUSt.ID 27709870, in the name of some Amit Suresh Patil(to whom I don`t know) ,Installation was carried out on 26/1/11.
    which is valid till 26/3/12.

    now daily I am receiving SMS showing validity till 15/11/11/ How Delar Name & n0.--SACHIN 9820447353.

    Now you are requested to change the name of cost. and check for validity & maka the changes in your record.

    I AM SUYABHAN TUWAR bought a product of Videocon in last JULY'2011.
    Everything was fine till 21st JULY, after that my product was stop wornking.
    so many follow up with customer care, my connection has been started but problem is that, same CID NO-56239610 used me and one other person, they complain with costumer care and stop my video-con D2H, again and again i say that, more time to costumer care please sir take my complain cheeking my resister no-9923102007 & mentioned address ND42, J-2, 8-1 NEW NANDED HUDCO, but don't have any response of video-con D2H cos.care I am so upset of your services. your customer care guys are useless. Due to this error, i a am not able to give a request of packege downgrade

    dear sir,
    i have recharged on 2/11/2011 i.e. 165 plan now on 23/11/2011 my all channels are blocked
    I want to ask that I have recharged for 1 month then how my all channels are blocked.

    Default Videocon d2h terrible services

    Hi,

    We have been using your d2h services for about 2 years now but are really dissatisfied or rather I will say we are fed up with your services. My cousins have been using airtel & Tata sky for the past 4 years and you won’t believe they haven’t even contacted the customer care even once and we have had the opportunity to talk with almost all your customer care executives (not at all supportive) in past 2 years, such has been your service. The engineer has come to our place more than 5 times in this span of time to repair your terrible set of box.

    Now coming to the main part, we are really shocked with the way you have shown your real colors as a company!
    Our d2h is not working for the last 10 days and nobody from Videocon is ready to help. We are contacting the customer care almost on a daily basis since then and you people are making fool of us saying that the engineer will come tomorrow at our place. A new complaint is registered everyday without any resolution. There have been several escalations but still nobody has come to the rescue. Now yesterday one of the team leads said that the part which has the problem is not available with you. Don’t you think it is your utmost responsibility that if you don’t have a part of a product, you replace the whole product or provide a temporary product. The company of you stature can be so terrible I never thought of. You people are really pathetic sitting at the top of the panel. Forget about recommending someone to use this garbage type services I will try my level best to let people by knowing the real service you provide by posting this passage in as many social sites and to the maximum I can reach. I will register a complaint against you in the Consumer court and a notice will be coming to you anytime. You people have seriously made us realize that we did a big mistake sticking to your services, will try my level best to take off your happiness.

    Unhappy for free package

    i purchase d2h hd and get 3 month subscription free.but after 1 month negative balance show and we not get subcription free.
    videocon d2h scheme is fake and not fulfill.

    Exclamation insensitive customer service

    Videocon D2H is very good for all service at the entry level..for getting movies on demand/for recharging/for getting new connections,but totally insensitive if you are facing reception problem,then if you have not relationship with local service staff the customer care no. will respond in 2-3 days.Till then you will spend your time without watching TV.

    I BOUGHT NEW D2H SERVICE AND RECHARGE ONLY SUPER GOLD PLAN.THIS PLAN FOR 30 DAYS.
    BUT MY ACCOUNT HAS EXPIRED BEFORE 30 DAYS.

    I BOUGHT YOUR SERVICE FOR 30 DAYS ,WHY ARE YOU DISCONNECTED BEFORE 30 DAYS. THIS PROBLEM RETAIN NEXT MONTH ALSO.

    Default fraud service from videocon d2h

    Dear All,
    I never seen this kind of 3rd class service from well known brand like videocon.
    i renewed my subscription after 2 months, but from date of renewing i am getting problem of E30 error, i already send some around 40-50 sms to refresh my id ( REF )
    3-4 times i talked to your customer care representative. None of your executive give me complaint number nor told me what is the problem. Sunday dated 17th june i talked to your presentative at 1pm she also not told but i told her that i am getting this problem from 1st june kindly send executive to check the problem, she told me that she will register my complaint and send executive. Till date non of your executive came or call. from 17 to till date more than 20 times i send sms to refresh. Today i again spoke to your senior executive Vidya, but she also not ready to give me complaint number, i want my whole refund back other wise i am posing same complaint to consumer court for giving unnecessarily trouble to customer. Nor vidya agree to book my complaint for refund or till now i am not getting any signal to my home.

    I sincerly request you to cancel my subscription and refund my amount of 200 which i paid at 1st june, as from 1st june to till date its hardly working. kindly go throgh my details and one copy of this mail is also going to consumer forum.

    hello sir my name is MUNNA KUMAR CHOUDHARY. my product id no. is 35283612.my product is not working from since last 3 or 4 days. i have complaint to ur customer care and ur executive has told me that within 2 hours but after three days i didnt get any response from ur company. pls solved the problem as soon as posible.

    i hve given complain on 14 june regarding remote problem,complain no 115126320, again on 17 june no 115579086' ,on 23 june 116465968; and assure me to solve on 23/06/2012, then also my problem was not solve, my customer id 4440228.it was the worst service of videocon d2h

    Default i have a new connections from d2h and services r terrible i am going to drang tem in consumer court

    i have a new connection of d2h that was bought on 1 july 2012 and on 6th july the services stopped working. endless calls were made to costumer services and they continue to disconnect the calls.my connection no is 72541823. the services are pathetic and customer care is even worse and i am going to file a complaint against them in consumer court . i have recorded all their calls and have enough evidence againt them to prove them guilty.
